I saw on their Instagram page that they're going to close this location soon. Sad that I only found…read moreout about their location here and recently visited. As of this review, they're currently having a 40% sale of the entire store with a section that's 50% off. I've seen them vend at a lot of SoCal anime conventions, always seeing attendees carry around their logo shopping tote bags with purchases, but alas I feel like the location (swaths of closed shops in the mall) things didn't line up, sadly. There's some cute photo opportunities and there's a decent mix of nerdy collectible goods there like Pop Up Parade figures, Nendoroids, Figma, Funko Pops (ugh), some western media (Star Wars and Stranger Things), Poke'mon goods (cards and some vintage figures), and blind boxes. Was very neat that they had Fate figures since I don't see that as often anymore, unless it's only prize figures, but they had the Figma for Okita Alter, the scale figure for Skadi, and Saber Alter Copoche. However, I'm sadly not in the market for figurines as a person out of space (I'll have you one day Oberon and Nobbu scale figures). Worker was quiet and minded their own business, but answered questions when need be. Hopefully conventions can help them more than what the mall had to offer.

This is a big store with a lot of anime figurines. They are not cheap but very pleasant to check…read moreout. There is a spot in the corner to take a break.

I had a great experience at King Bolt Co. I came in with a problem I wasn't sure how to fix, and…read morethe tall guy working there went above and beyond to help me out. He took the time to listen to what I needed, helped me find the exact hardware and fasteners for the job, and made sure everything would work before I left. His knowledge, patience, and customer service saved me a lot of time and frustration. It's hard to find employees who genuinely care about helping customers solve problems, but he definitely did. Thanks to his help, I was able to get everything fixed quickly and correctly. I highly recommend King Bolt Co. for anyone looking for quality hardware and excellent customer service. I'll definitely be coming back for future projects.

Michael F. I've been coming to this place for years, but as…read morethe old song says," Everything Must Change." Today I drove here from Rancho Cucamonga in search of torque screws for a shed of mine. When my number came up, the tall guy with pimples and a goatee came over to me and just looked at me...no "hello" or "can I help you." I showed him the bolt I needed and even brought him a torque or star bit I preferred the bolts have the fitting for; I asked for six such bolt replacements. All while I was explaining what I needed, he was holding a conversation with someone else behind the counter. He returned from the back with one bolt a different length, a phillips head instead of a torque head, and no attention was given to my request that it be a flathead bolt. Generally, he treated me like crap. Maybe I am the wrong color or ethnicity for this place. He clearly showed me that he didn't give a damn about me as customer. I have several friends who frequent this place. I will be relating this experience to them; King Bolt might want to consider that those working at their counter represent them and the great quality of service they've been respected for over the years. One jerk really can negatively impact their hard-earned positive reputation.

But I can at least guarantee that the mall is always lively and there's plenty of parking. Lots of restaurants around and across the street too. What I like best about this mall is their effort to foster community here, such as the Dia de los Muertos display or when I happened to walk pass a Bluey Xmas dance party and you can take pictures with Santa AND Bluey. Super cute. One time years and years ago, they had a scavenger hunt for Christmas where you search around the mall to take photos with your phone for an ornament. I really liked that I did that and got to spend time with my family. I've seen so many shops come and go here and pieces of my childhood through adolescence such as the Disney Store (I remember spending time here looking through that giant plushie pile), the merry go round, Surf City Squeeze (always thought their mascot looked cool, now replaced with a Pop Mart vending machine), Nothing But Silver (went here lots with my mom and aunts), Sanrio Surprise, Amapola Deli and Market (crazy they tried to open a market in here), the hermit crab vendor, McDonald's that my mom would always get my brother and I and the vendors that would try to sell stickers at our table, the dollar store on the upper floor above Baskin Robbins, the used bookstore and so much more. Huge chunk of nostalgic memories for me, but today it's decent mall with most things that you would need. Some shops I go to often to get gifts or pick up something for myself, See's (thanks for closing PH location), Hot Topic, Bath and Body Works, Miniso, etc. At least the Tilt arcade here is still open. I wouldn't go out of my way to go here, but if you're already here, might as well enjoy malls before more of them perish.
