Now that we have moved in, we have experienced a MASSIVE WATER LEAK, TERRIBLE CONTRACTORS (Coming whenever they please to "REPAIR" my house) and leaving it in shambles with NEW issues left and right. These inefficient - unprofessional and careless contractors, in addition to the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE from the Managers of the Construction Processes are asinine! I have over a HUNDRED photographs that I will be posting later tonight in regards to this rating to WARN potential home buyers NOT TO BUY WITH LENNAR! Shoddy and RUSHED work - CHEAP materials and NEVER ENDING issues that continue to climb in numbers each and every day! I feel like contacting a LAWYER. Some Examples: 1. The Electrician who came out to figure out why the doorbell suddenly wasn't working (even though we had just had someone out who "fixed" how quiet it was) mentioned that the doorbell was in fact still not right and should have been replaced last time they were out. (Again, even though the last Electrician mentioned that ALL of the doorbells are that quiet and there's nothing Lennar can do to fix that. He then recommended that we later purchase a "better doorbell" in the future.) During yesterday's visit, he did fix the doorbell. However - he removed the old Doorbell Unit and Drilled into the wall the New Doorbell Unit - not even asking if we'd like to move any furniture/pictures/artwork/etc... and leaving drywall bits all over them and all over the floor (even in our shoes on the shoe rack below it.) 2. The Carpet Cleaner called us to come earlier than what had been set up previously (to clean the carpets and stairs and remove the dirt and wear spots from all of the contractors walking in and out of the house previously with shoes on.) Again, that was appreciated due to all of the current and ongoing stress that this house has given us since we have moved in. However, during the cleaning process - the Carpet Cleaner was distracted - taking cell phone calls multiple times and having to shut off the suction in between. The last call he took resulted in a number of unbelievable destruction. The suction was then accidentally switched to release and the dirty water and solution leaked and sprayed our brand new walls, staircase railings, carpets, tile and furniture by the stairs. As he panicked to stop this, he ran down the stairs and out the front door, damaging the door frame in the process. The only reason I know that this was him, is because I was in the living room watching the entire mishap unfold. He didn't mention that he damaged the doorframe - but I had already taken a picture of it. He also left water spillage and leakage on the time floor and dirt/paint dripping down the wall/ceiling and staircase railings. We understand that a "NEW HOUSE" has simple issues. But we have an unlimited number of issues, that continues to climb in numbers each and every single time we have someone over to repair or fix something. Then we have another 1-5 new issues that need to be fixed. For example, last week when the baseboard contractor came (on the same day as the Drywall contractor) he BROKE the Tile in our Laundry room and failed to mention that - just leaving as if everything was completed and good to go. Sloppy, careless, inefficient, unprofessional, inadequate.
