There are not what they used to be. I ordered my usual ranch burger and was looking forward to it. I enjoyed the first bite, until I went for my second and saw pink in the burger. We were downtown at 11am and had heard about this place from a friend, decided to give it a try. Parking lot had one car, but the drive through had a few cars lined up. Was a little hesitant their not having a lunch crowd, but decided to give it a go. Ordered two burgers with onion rings and two root beer shakes. Had a seat in one of the booths. The decor is a 50's theme, stainless steel ceilings, black and white checkered floors, red booths and table seating. A big screen is showing 50's lore while the music is playing from speakers of that decade. Awesome art to gaze upon while waiting for our lunch to be served. Bright and wide windows to view the tall buildings and Central Avenue. Place is immaculate and looks new, loved their setup! Our orders were served to us and... wow! This burger put In-and-Out, 5 Guys, to shame! Best burger I have had in years! I ordered the regular with everything, my husband ordered the mushroom burger. I had forgotten how great ground beef can taste! All the fixings were fresh and crisp. I honestly can say the burger looked like a commercial advertisement! Came here for the 1st time. Sat at the drive thru speaker for over 5min waiting for my order to be taken then sat at the window an additional 10min waiting to pay and an additional 5 before i got my food. Now the boy repeated my order back to me correctly at the speaker but when i got home my burger was all wrong i asked for no onions extra pickles but way i got was no onions no sauce so I got a dry burger for dinner. But while i was sitting waiting the 2 front ppl was just there talking to eachother and on their phones. The boy doing drive thru didn't wave even have the headset on his head (ear) it was around his neck. Idk if I'll be back off i do it won't be when those 2 are working. The men's bathroom smells like someone hit me in the face with a turd and squirted rotten urine up my nostrils with a medicine dropper. Great Milkshakes Lennys is serving up great food at wallet friendly prices. The staff at Lenny's are friendly and hard-working. If you're patient and not in a rush, Lenny's is the perfect place for great burgers, fries, and delicious milkshakes. They get backed up, so you may have to wait a few minutes. The burgers are fantastic; fries are always served piping hot and crispy, and the milkshakes are thick and mixed perfectly. I recommend the chocolate peanut butter shake; it's the best. Considering it's run by a bunch of young diletantes, it is what it is. Ordered online through the website, 25-35 minute wait. Okay sure, roll through, and it's like the order next existed! So I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for the food, writing this review ahead of time while I'm at it to kill time. In the end, the food being given to me cold and dry wasn't a great end to this burger hunt. The employees were just standing around barely pretending to mop, just complaining about their lives. At least the front end employee gave me a half assed sorry. The food isn't anything to write home about, but this location sucks in particular. Honestly it straight up sucks, now that I think of it As for the value...I mean In-N-Out knows it's business, and is about 300% cheaper. Do I regret coming to Lenny's? You bet your dollar I do. Customer service because your cashier can't speak English or just is very shy and acts like they don't understand you.

Just another chain going for the retro vibe. Nothing special or particularly unique. It's like a Red Robin cross Steak and Shake. This is a new location and it shows. Garbage was left about with splatters of sauces were visible as I looked for a table. It wasn't particularly busy. About 15 minutes before close they started to clean up. The customer service was great though. The cashier was friendly and the person that brought out my food apologized for the wait. During that wait, I watched the employees go around with no sense of urgency. So maybe they need a more experienced manager while the restaurant is still growing. The pastrami stack looked great. Overpriced but superficially flawless. The au jous was bland and watery which was fine because the pastrami was salty. I like salt and it's rare that there's so much salt that it makes it hard for me to eat. Bread was nicely toasted with a nice chew in the middle. Overall, less salt and some minor fixes and this place would be something I would go to regularly. I'm from out of town, so I have no idea of the history of this brand. read more

I think some of the yelp reviews have been unduly hard on this establishment. It's a good old fashion burger place loaded with automobile and Route 66 type memorabilia. It's not going to be some super high end joint that changes your life. That said I really enjoyed my cheeseburger fries and iced tea. Awful experience. The food was terrible and the employees were so unprofessional. They were younger kids/adults and they were cursing in front of the customers. There were a couple of families with kids. The employees were lazy and the food presentation reflected on them. Check out the picture of my week old hot dog. They ran out of buns and gave it to me in a hoagie or sandwich bun. I didn't even want to complain based on what I had seen from the staff. I'm calling the corporate number tomorrow. I hope they care. They scraped the bottom of the barrel with the employees. They really didn't want to be there. So sad. The decor and the ambiance is amazing and it is such a beautiful restaurant. This is tough. The restaurant is nice and set up like a 50's diner. It is also very close to downtown. Having said that, the food is priced only because it's downtown. The prices do not match the food. This is a sit-down fast food joint. There is no table service. A combo for me was $15 and some change. Burger, small drink, and small fries. I have work at this location in the past where do I start at they don't t train you well and get mad at you for not knowing what to don. I hate leaving a bad review when the staff is so nice. My partner and I were arguing what to have for lunch/dinner he wanted pizza and to be honest all I wanted was fried zucchini (my favorite fried food ever) so we went our separate culinary ways. I had been to another location's drive thru and I thought I'd be sitting there until I died and turned to dust (to be fair I think that about In and Out's line) the staff was very friendly! Reason for my 2 stars and the line moved quickly! So that was a plus. FOOD Fried zucchini was VERY fried, salty and all I could taste was fried batter, I could see the zucchini in there but darned if I could taste it. Patty Melt (added avocado) the burger seems to be covered in slop, onions are very dark and bitter almost like they were cooked in balsamic, avocados were brown and old. I don't want the argument that the burger or toppings leaked onto them, I've had avocados on plenty of burgers and they still manage to stay green. I don't know what is topped on this patty melt but it shouldn't have a bitter bite to it. Two bites and I'm done! read more

I have always loved Lenny's Burger, but this experience was horrible. we ordered or meal onone for pickup. when we got there we were informed that they had no onion rings. my order was for a western burger (which has onion rings on it) with a side of onion rings. I had to completely change my order! and then they still fucked it up when they gave me fries instead of the tater tots!! Only getting one star because Yelp won't let you give negative stars. My experience started when ordering at the drive-through. I had to repeat my order 5 times before the lady there got it right. Next 22 minutes from order to finally getting my food. There was one car in front of me, and the parking lot was virtually empty. After that wait the onion rings were completely soggy and inedible.
