Great laid back spot with really good food and a bar with a great selection of beers. I had the Holy Aioli burger on a Hawaiian bun and it was delicious. My girlfriend ordered the Old Town dog, and we shared a side of onion rings, which were just as good. The staff was very friendly and there's a small, dog-friendly patio if you want to sit outside. I'd definitely recommend stopping by if you're looking for food or drinks in downtown Phoenix.

Very hospitable, open 24/7 with three ways to order - something for everyone. They tell you which hotdogs are beef vs pork, a major plus for me.

I was very impressed! The lady at the counter was very knowledgeable of the menu. Ended up ordering a burrito and cheeseburger after leaving happy hour from somewhere else. The portion of the food was perfect and my burrito was so filling I didn't need the fries. Everything was delicious with the right amount of seasoning. If you are ever in the downtown area check this spot out. You can sit anywhere after ordering and the noise level is moderate.

Have been here a few time already since this is right next street from my office building. Food is not the most healthiest here but they taste really good. Chicken are crispy and tender from inside. The best part here is the number of beers they have on tap. Huge list and so great spot for happy hour. Staff is nice here as well and very helpful. Small restaurant so it feel crowded almost all the time. It gets sometime confusing to order the right thing due to the customizable menu but we are used to it now.

Your "typical" yummy elevated bar eats!! There is indoor and outdoor seating and the inside is a full of character pub. Food 8/10: The burger was a bit too salty for my liking but nice blend of flavor and cooked well. The wings were perfect but the buffalo sauce on the side had a weird texture, I'm glad I'm a dipper and not a full sauced person . Service: 10/10 Whether going to sit and enjoy or quick grab, they treat everyone with the same care and make meals in good timing. I want to go back soon to try a sausage!!!

This is what indecisiveness looks like....we ordered way too much food for 2 people but let me tell you, everything was SOOO GOOD. I devoured those chili cheese fries!!! My usual go to order here is a breakfast burrito! The cajun burrito with grilled chicken instead of sausage is to die for!! Reminder: If you park in the garage, don't forget to ask them for free validation!!

This was so good!!! Hawaiian bread, fried egg, chilli, cheese, and bacon w/mayo

Food was really good, service was good only 1 person in the front but she was taking care of everyone. The place itself was really nice.

This review is more of me coming to grips of my long-held expectations versus reality. So, I finally visited a Dog Haus after seeing them first set up shop in the Valley in 2019. I visited the downtown Phoenix location. I ordered the Das Brat and Haus chili. Now, I'm somewhat of a bratwurst snob and maybe my preferences lie outside of the way most purveyors prepare bratwurst. I like a very fatty brat to be beer boiled, then touched for a few minutes on a flame grill for a discernible snap, fat juices emanating. This bratwurst wasn't close to that. It seemed to be a precooked sausage variety that, while tasty, totally missed my expectations. Sauerkraut and spicy brown mustard were good, though. Maybe my expectations for the chili were in the same category. While the underlying chili was spicy and very flavorful, the 1/2" of cheese sauce on top was weird and distracted from the expected chili experience. That said, service was good and a Church Music IPA from The Shop was cold and tasty.

Dudes this place is sooooo bad@$$ and is close by the office in downtown. They have awesome service and you can even play board games while you wait or eat. They have a full bar with many tasty looking cocktail bevs and local brews. The space fresh, clean and modern looking. I ordered the cheeseburger and added pastrami and I gotta tell you guys, it's like candy in the form of a burger! The Hawaiian rolls as the burger buns are game changers! The special sauce is unique and very flavorful and the quality of the burger is second to none! The fact you can add so many things like a fried egg or avocado makes it so you can build your own super burger! You have to do yourself a favor and order their tots with a side of chili cheese as well. The chili reminds me of a hometown place back in Los Angeles that has the perfect texture and flavor you want out of chili that is not soupy but perfect for dipping the tots in. Can't wait to go back soon!

So, a few things. First, the food is usually pretty solid. Today I went with a build your own sausage and got a bratwurst with onion, cheddar, chili, on a Hawaiian roll. So good. So, so, so good. Second, the prices are pretty on par. My bratwurst and drink came to about $18, and it was $22 including tip. The one gripe I have about this is that I paid over $20 and my main dish didn't come with a side. For that price, in my opinion, it should. The music is LOUD. like... Louder than it should be. And honestly, the tunes are not banging. So, take that as you will. Service wise, things are pretty decent. The service is slow, but friendly. I always feel welcome when I come in.

I absolutely love Dog Haus. They're my go to casual dinner spot. My favorites are the Soo Cali Dog and Nashville Hot Chicken. Their sweet potato fries are also a must! The service is always friendly and the beer list is local and seasonal. You really can't go wrong with this place.

Not happy. Came in for the first time. Sign on the door listed ASU game day specials. Talked to the bartender about it and was told they weren't able to honor the posting because the ASU game wasn't currently on. I showed her the picture I took and asked her to show me where it says that? She says right there. It says ASU Game Day. I told her yeah, they just had one like an hour ago. She then told me it was only when the game was actually going on. Quite misleading if you ask me. Hubs had 1 beer and we left. Will not be back...

Custom craft cocktails, dim lighting with artwork, and more make it feel like an upscale NYC spot in your basement. I did 2 of my favorites, Paloma De Guayaba with the custom block name etched and the Baya Nueva. While in the Cantina, I had to order my friend the Basura (trash), but that wasn't the case... then again, it is served in a plastic bag, and is definitely a throwback to my early 20's of gettin' lit!!!! It was busy, but not packed, which made the service stand out more than it should have. I had to ask for water twice, never got a refill, and overall felt largely ignored--minimal eye contact, no real warmth, just an impersonal feel that didn't match the space. It felt like a place that may be a bit of a victim of its own success--popularity has grown, but delivery hasn't fully kept pace. Part of the appeal here is the permanent taco truck outside, which I know from past visits is excellent, and I love the truck's outspoken, unapologetic support for immigrants. That said, the cocktail itself was excellent. I was specifically looking for a coffee-based drink before heading to another event, and the Cambures al Estilo Foster delivered on flavor. It was tiny, though--served in a small stemmed glass, gone in a few sips. It did the job, but some may find the portion underwhelming for the price. No major complaints, but nothing pulling me back either. I'm adding a fourth star on a bit of a hunch--I'd like to think they can dial it back in if I return.

This was not an issue, just one that was interesting, though the layout is small and the bathroom door is behind the bar seats, so it isn't the most comfortable location given the tight squeeze with foot traffic. The menu seemed focused on the cocktails, with a mixture of what might be considered and appetizer or main course mixed together. We got the watermelon and cucumber salad to start, thinking it would be refreshing after a long walk there in the heat. Both of us were shocked when the first notes of the watermelon were spicy. We read the menu and then understood that this was not meant to be a light bite. It was very enjoyable, but just a different taste than expected. We also got the Dan Dan Noodles. This had the spice expected. What was interesting was that the spices were almost exactly the same to the watermelon and cucumber salad. Not bad, but we probably would have ordered a different starter. We also ordered the streak bowl and the foccaccia with ricotta. The steak was incredible, and the highlight of the meal. This would have been better with more egg..not sure one full egg wad used? and less rice. The focaccia was warm and the ricotta with honey a nice palate cleanser before and after the meal. Overall, the food was good and the prices reasonable for the types of dishes. The old fashioned had nice herbal notes, and the service was quick.

My party and I had a reservation on a Saturday night at 9pm (when it's 13 people, what can you do). What kind of sucked though (and mainly why I'm deducting a star) is that we did wait an additional half hour to be seated after our reservation time. Our theory is that they didn't think the entire party would actually arrive, and they were not ready to accommodate us. To be fair, the restaurant IS on the smaller side, but there was 0 communication during that half hour on what was going on... which isn't really good for us either. We got the original set, and this somewhat confused me as well. The food was really good, and was definitely a restaurant that I'd go to for the experience, but for some reason some of the meats were doubled while others weren't. The double portions were really nice since our party was so large, we needed to split the food between 4 different grills (so each table got 2 grills each, feeding 6-7 people in total or 3-4 people per grill), but then we had to share the portions where we only got one serving. It wasn't bad, but to me, didn't make sense. The food was really good though; I didn't care too much about the soup, but the green sauce was SO good. Mixing a little with the soup was incredible. I thought the beef and pork were really good. I personally left the restaurant full, but many others in my party did not. I think it's a really good amount of food for 2 people, but when you push to 3+, you probably do not want to come hungry. Also--the live music at Pemberton next door is SO LOUD, you're going to be shouting at your table the entire night when you sit outside. I think I would come back if I wanted to show this place to someone who didn't live here, but it isn't on the top of my list for when I'm trying to eat out, but I will definitely consider this for special date night occasions. It is extremely expensive for what it is though. For $70+ you risk the chance of leaving not full which SUCKS.
