I knew I needed professional care - just in case the object was stuck in the inner ear. The clinic opened promptly at 8am as advertised and I was the 3rd one seen. The nurse, then doctor Nate, examined my ear and agreed the nurse would irrigate it. This was done at once. They found no evidence of any object in my ear. I thanked both people for their excellent, friendly, swift care. After church, back home, I found the missing object stuck in the bathroom sink drain, and sent a mss to the nurse and Nate letting them know and thanking them once again. I have had many medical encounters, and this was among the BEST in my 82 years. I hope my review will be shared with all wanting to know more about this kind, efficient and caring venue. There were two people waiting when I came in.And they were both taken within ten minutes of my arriving. More people came in and were taken back while I sat there and waited. Half hour after my appointment time, I went to the counter to let them know that I was unable to wait any longer because I had another appointment to get to. The person at the counter said that the online check in doesn't work.And that they could take me at that time. Unfortunately, since I had given them as much time as I could.I was not able to get my blood work done there.I will be rebooking in a different location. It seems to me that if the location knows that they're online check in system is not working.And they see someone sitting in their waiting room for forty five minutes unattended that perhaps they should check in and see if perhaps that person did the online check in. This was an unsatisfactory experience and I will avoid this facility.

You do have to walk across the indoor bridge to get there unless you valet park. They charge $2 an hour for parking. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Everything is done with an arm bracelet for things such as lab or testing. I had an appointment with neuromuscular department. The physicians and therapists are excellent. They're very thorough and up to date on current medicines and trials. The EMG center is in the same clinic so it's super convenient. Being part of the Duke portal is convenient for Atrium Wake Forest and Cone Health because all testing is visible and they can also see visit notes from the doctors. It makes it possible to see providers from different networks and not having to bring in or sign for your records to be shared. The facility is massive and the color system makes it easy to find your way. There are several labs so you don't have to walk a mile to get to one. Most walk in tests can accommodate with minimal waiting. It's about a quarter mile walk from the parking garage to the clinics so wear comfy shoes or walking device. You will have a lot of walking to do and there's limited seating in the main corridors.

The on-call nurse told me that they "didn't have time" to see me because someone was on vacation. She told me that if my blood pressure got up to 160/110, I could go to OB triage (basically the ER for pregnant women), but otherwise I could not get any treatment. I put in an official complaint with Duke Hospital, reminding them of their previous medical neglect that I could have sued them over, and they magically had appointments available in the clinic. Lawyers shouldn't have to get involved to be able to schedule an obstetrics appointment. The doctor who did my induction was so awful, I ended up dismissing her.

Probably close to brand new. It's on one of the top-ish floor of the building which also includes apartments, offices, and restaurants. Make sure you park on top, right near the entrance, or staff will advise you to move your car. Check-in and wait time for my appointment was nominal, and my ultrasound and blood work went fairly flawlessly. The ultrasound tech was very friendly and walked us through the various parts of the baby she was looking at to check for which birth defects or development deficiencies. During the ultrasound the tech found a small mass in my bladder that was causing her some concern, so she called in Dr. Sarah Ellestad to take a look. Dr. Ellestad asked me some questions about my medical history and explained that she was concerned about it and wanted me to get it checked out further, which I totally understand and I respect her opinion, however she was a bit excited (maybe a liiiitttle less coffee for her) and got my husband who was also present a little too worked up about this mystery bladder lump, too. I don't know about you, but I prefer my medical professionals calm and level-headed. All that aside, I'm very grateful that the ultrasound tech found this small mass. It ended up being nothing, but had it been something bad, like cancer, I would have especially grateful that they found it early because I never would have known it was there. I plan on going back in a few weeks for my 18-20 week anatomy scan.

IV fluid delivery malfunctioned, setting off alarm, and no one came to check on it.
