The PA that took care of me was named Christopher and he was absolutely fantastic, so kind and funny, the x-ray technician was named Wendy and she was also every bit as wonderful ! Very good experience, everybody was very professional and kind, not a long wait and I felt like I received very good care . Highly recommend this location ! Plenty of parking, the waiting room is spotless, and the reception ladies that check you in were both very wonderful also.

Functional clean private changing & shower areas available by choice.There's a ramp with rails going into the pool with the therapist & team right with me.I noticed places in the pool to sit if you get too tired.I give awesome praise to the therapist & 2 students that worked with me. They both need remedial training on how to treat patients when they enter the doctors office. This has never happened before at Duke Primary care in wake forest and I hope this review finds them both well. ​

When my 3-year-old was diagnosed with a very rare genetic disorder, the Capitol Pediatrics team jumped into action and learned all about it. Dr. Morgan has been a saint through this. Rebecca, Jenny, and the entire nursing staff are the kindest, most caring people. I know they give the same treatment they would with their own. And finally, I give Rebecca, the lactation consultant, all the credit for me finally having a successful nursing journey with my youngest. I was charged for a full 30+ minute visit ($255) for what was actually a virtual Covid diagnosis call, which should have been something like $25 as advertised at their office. This happened 10 months ago and I am still getting the run around from their billing department. I spoke to someone months ago who said she was looking into it and has never called me back. Their outgoing voice mail says they will return voice messages within 24 hours. They have not once called me back after 3 or 4 follow-up inquiries. 2. They charge a higher amount for 30 minutes-or-less visit, as they do for a 31-to-40 minute visit. If I schedule a 30 minute visit, and it happens to go over by a minute or two, I don't think it's my responsibility to watch the clock. I find it dishonest to let the appointment run over and then charge me more. The efficiency of the office flow should be on them, not the patient. I am not a difficult patient who sticks around and asks multiple extra questions. This happened on a different office visit than the Covid call mentioned above. Strike 2. 3. I just got charged a $25 appointment cancelation fee for a recent appointment I had to miss due to showing Covid symptoms. From my point of view, I didn't cancel the appointment -- they did! Of course, no once answers when you try to call and discuss (see point 1). 3 strikes, time to move on to someone else.

If you are in a hurry, then go to the emergency room and I guarantee, you'll wait even longer. He's very concerned about his babies and always ask about my older son. All staff members are accommodating and welcoming. If you are looking for a doctor who's genuinely concerned about your child, Dr. Covington is the go-to. "Faith Pediatric" will always have my heart. My son will be 18 years old this month and I'm going to miss them all! :(
