I went into the Anderson SC location. First of all nobody acknowledged me to say hello, how may we help you....nothing. The 2 people in there left before I did. Still no acknowledgement. The one lady was putting up glasses and I walked past her twice and she still didn't say anything me, so I left. This was rude and very unprofessional. I don't know if it was the color of my skin. Doctor not friendly at all. Entire experience felt awkward and hostile. He doesn't talk to you in a nice manner but rather rudely and doesn't give suggestions or tips but scolds and uses threats as advice. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

I got ripped off in the glasses department the first time I came in. They didn't use my insurance. I had to come back for a refund and make them use my insurance like I told them to do the first time. I'm back for my second pair of glasses that are ready to pick up. I've been ignored by everyone in here while I was waiting at the front. After waiting 10 minutes standing there I finally spoke up and was told I had to wait and sign in to have my name called. This is ridiculous. Customer service here is NON-EXISTENT! The manager is a snob. Go somewhere else. Don't come here! The eye doctor and nurses that check your eyes are actually great though. The lens are pricey but the frames and the eye exams are always good deals. Very friendly and informative staff, great selection of frames, clean environment and they always try to give you the best deal possible! What a bait and switch. 2 pair of no line bifocals for $70. I called and was told the total with anti glare and scratch resistance with one pair polarized would be $256 out the door. After spending quite a bit of time with the salesperson to enter all our information, the price was $274. He said he did not quote with sales tax on the phone. What does out the door price mean? Fantastic service! A BIG shout out to Stephanie who really took care of me. She was extremely helpful and personable. I shared that I only needed glasses for a couple weeks because I was going to have Lasik surgery and could not wear my normal contact before surgery. She made great suggestions and saved me money.
