If you wake up in the middle of the night with eyes so dry, they feel like stale raisins, you need to make an appointment with Dr Cepero immediately. Dr Cepero has the patience of a saint. He won't dismiss your symptoms as exaggeration or a figment of your imagination, or just tell you to use warm compresses. Instead, he will listen carefully in order to figure out the right protocol for you to get results. By the way, they say you can judge a man by the way he treats his parents. Each visit has become repetitive--especially regarding my interest in Lasik eye surgery. The answer has always been an immediate "no," without meaningful discussion or updated evaluation. Instead, the focus consistently seems centered on selling glasses or contacts, both of which are noticeably overpriced. Last month, I asked about the new eye drops, Qlosi. Dr. Yu initially told me that I was not a candidate. When I followed up with the office manager, I was told that the doctor had not yet met with any pharmaceutical representative regarding the drops. This contradiction left me feeling misled and disappointed. Honesty is the foundation of patient care, and I should never have to question whether I am receiving accurate information. It has become clear that the priority is sales--not patient well-being. Because of this, I can no longer continue my care with Dr. Yu. My family, several friends, and I will be discontinuing our visits. It's unfortunate to see a doctor's lack of transparency and compassion drive long-standing patients away.

They promise to fulfill my contacts prescription if obtained another prescription elsewhere; after submitting a prescription to them from Stanton, Paola, the Regional Manager refused to honor what a previous Regional Manager, Mr. Harding had promised, which was a years worth of contact lenses. I ended up having to go elsewhere for a proper prescription for my contacts and purchase contact lenses because these people were not only unprofessional, but did not honor their word.
