Avoid this place at any cost ... or prepare to spend 800$ on glasses and not get a single microfiber cloth with (not even one ) .. salesmen told me they sell em it's like charging extra for ketchup at restaurant .. he said I can use that cover as cloth wipe but I don't want to .. I shouldn't be using cover bag as a wipe ..so ridicules

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I should have read the reviews of this place before doing business with LensCrafters in Greenfield Wisconsin. While I was there picking up contacts, I asked the sales associate if she could tighten the screws on my glasses that I had purchased elsewhere. The associate without hesitation, took him to the back room and tighten them. After about 3 weeks of them tightening the screws, cracks began to appear around all four screws on my lenses. I then asked the store what they could do to help me pay for new lenses because of what they did. The manager stated the sales associate should not have agreed to tighten the screws and said it is their policy not to pay for any damages they did if the glasses were not purchased from them. The manager was very rude and uncaring, and did not apologize once for the damage that will now cost me about $300.

Looking at the reviews, people either love them or hate them. I personally have had nothing but positive and polite experiences here. I'm greeted pretty quickly and offered assistance if needed. I tend to pick the more bougie setup (designer frames and blue light reduction lenses), so I'm not surprised with the prices I have paid. But with decent insurance, they definitely are a lot less than than the sticker price. I recommend utilizing the birthday coupon because it's 50% off frames and lenses.

I DEFINITELY DONT RECOMMEND!!! I logged into my LensCrafters account to see when my next eye exam was. Under my account stated upcoming eye exam with the date time my name the doctors name and the location which was scheduled for January 11th at noon. I also received a phone call days prior to confirm my appointment. The day of my appointment I arrived ten minutes early for them to tell me I don't have an appointment. I logged into my account showed her my appointment and also stated to her I had received a confirmation call. She stated to me that I don't have an appointment and can see another doctor remotely on a tablet. HOW DO YOU HAVE A ACCURATE EYE EXAM THROUGH A TABLET! I definitely will not be returning.

Anita was extremely helpful in assisting me with picking out a pair of glasses that best suits the form of my face.

I have been coming to Milwaukee Eye Care Associates for the past almost 30 years. I've been at…read moretheir prospect, location, their old Franklin location, and I love their new location in this Franklin complex. It is a brand new clean building and they have a lovely and relaxing, waiting room. All of the texts are super nice, the individuals at the front desk are very welcoming and kind, and I've never seen an optometrist here. There was anything less than 100% professional, knowledgeable, and great at their job. I even usually get really good glasses right here, and they do a great job making them even for those of us with really high prescriptions. Thankfully, they even had trials available for me so that I could have new contacts today that have some blue light blocking. Technology and people here are amazing!

Dr. Denius has been a blessing since meeting her at Milwaukee Eye Care from the pediatric eye dr. You will love her as much as we do, promise!! Jackie is also super helpful and has handled a few issues we had getting specialty contacts ordered/delivered. Jackie followed up and followed through each time. Highly recommend this location and services.
