I've also always had great interactions with their staff. Truly some great people that I feel comfortable sharing my health history with. It's important to be honest with folks who have your back health-wise. I work at my health. I mean really. It's a top priority to fight back against the ravages of aging in the quest for my best life possible. I have some eye concerns that I'm really proactive about because I enjoy seeing the beauty in the world! Imagine my delight when I got the great news of improvement on a cold January day. What a delightful reward for my work. Staff also coached me on an eye test which I'm sure helped me with the results during a tiring, exhausting process. What stops me from giving this location 5 stars are 2 things - 1. The location is very cramped with a ton of traffic which is not comforting at all, and 2. When I've had to take an afternoon appointment they always run behind but hey they are doctors - it's kind of endemic to the process! LOL If you can tolerate the cramped conditions and be patient during the delays, you'll catch a few glimpses of outstanding humanity and excellent care. My doctor is bi-lingual, and watching her work with Hispanic children of some of her patients is truly touching. Excellent!

Overpriced and doctor over corrected. I can't see anything out of my contacts. They checked insurance while I was there, said everything was covered for the exam. The rest was out-of-pocket. I gladly paid them over $800 for my glasses and contacts. First, they never even ordered my contacts after I paid for them. I had to babysit that. I had to come back for a contact recheck because my contacts are over corrected and wrong. Now I paid for six months of contacts and I will not be receiving six months of the correct power. So they are ripping me off there. And out of the blue they're telling me I owe them more money, AFTER they said it was covered by insurance, now all of a sudden it's not. I told them I can't pay it. And the woman literally laughed. These people just want to nickel and dime. This is not medical care, it's greed and very shady billing practices. Needless to say, don't waste your time here. Nothing went well. The ladies are rude. This was the worst eye exam of my life and I've been getting them for over 30 years. Never ever returning to this place this was so awful. I will absolutely be escalating and reporting this place.

University of Nebraska Medical School, residency at Indiana University with specific expertise in ocular blood flow and glaucoma. So I want healthy eye blood flow and I don't want glaucoma, and I always vet my medical care like my life depends on it. At a doctor's office and she was unable to locate a paying customers file! Never in my life had I heard this before at any medical establishment. They employee there was so rude and unhelpful. Lets start with her presentation, she looked like she walked in from the streets, did not look professional. Not friendly, was not wearing a mask and seemed to not know her job whatsoever! She told me the doctor would be at the office at 2:30pm. I called at 3:30pm and well according to her own rules she refused to answer the phone. What kind of business does not answer the phone during business hours! I go back Monday and to my surprise the doctor is not in again. She tried to brush me off, at this point I just wanted my prescription to never return again! I finally got my prescription and I am happy to say I will take my money elsewhere. Every step of the way was terrific! I was given a thorough explanation of what wasn't included when I don't buy new frames. The doctor who did the new prescription gave me perhaps the most thorough briefing I've ever gotten from an eye doc!
