Lets start with her presentation, she looked like she walked in from the streets, did not look professional. Not friendly, was not wearing a mask and seemed to not know her job whatsoever! She told me the doctor would be at the office at 2:30pm. I called at 3:30pm and well according to her own rules she refused to answer the phone. What kind of business does not answer the phone during business hours! I go back Monday and to my surprise the doctor is not in again. She tried to brush me off, at this point I just wanted my prescription to never return again! I finally got my prescription and I am happy to say I will take my money elsewhere.
