I never received an text (which I always get a text) a call or email to confirm but they immediately canceled and secured the spot for the next person. Beyond unprofessional. I ended up going to Eyetique in Wilkins Township and they fixed the issue quickly. Don't see this guy. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

On one incident that I know of for sure, my eyesight had worsened just the slightest bit, but it didn't really warrant a new prescription. I feel very comfortable in Dr. Budd's office and I feel it's a more personable place to go than a commercial outlet. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The selection of eye ware is nice and current and the prices are fair as well. I will continue to see Dr. Budd for all my eye care needs.

And the posted prices can be misleading because the listed price is for the most very basic of lenses. They were way off on positioning with a pair of my glasses so they had to be sent back to remake. The staff at the counter told me "it happens all the time, it could be the factory but it could be we mismarked you" so not exactly something that gives me confidence in their abilities... They also don't help at all with glasses previously purchased here. I had an arm of a pair that was loose and they wrote down the name and phone number of a repair place. When I went to a different eyeglass store for my next pair, that place made the quick repair for me even though they weren't purchased there!
