Today I get a call and they tell me they canceled my appointment, gave it to someone else because their new system canceled my appointment because I didn't confirm the appointment. I never received an text (which I always get a text) a call or email to confirm but they immediately canceled and secured the spot for the next person. Beyond unprofessional. I should've never attempted this location again.

To add insult to injury, he accused me of being a perfectionist. His new prescription was off slightly in one eye and it was slightly blurry from that eye of the frame. It was an annoying experience so I went back to him not once but twice and he just sneered at me in a condescending way each time and refused to fix the problem. I ended up going to Eyetique in Wilkins Township and they fixed the issue quickly. Don't see this guy. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

On one incident that I know of for sure, my eyesight had worsened just the slightest bit, but it didn't really warrant a new prescription. I feel very comfortable in Dr. Budd's office and I feel it's a more personable place to go than a commercial outlet. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The selection of eye ware is nice and current and the prices are fair as well. I will continue to see Dr. Budd for all my eye care needs.
