Dr Maggie was very patient, kind, and helpful. She was easy to talk to about the problems I was having. She was easy going. Her secretaries who sit behind the desk were very very rude. They were impatient, unkind, unhelpful, and not easy going. They were the complete oppisite of Dr Maggie. Thank you Dr Maggie for doing a good job. I hope you get some new secretaries. read more

they have are the rudest employees i have ever seen ( the younger lady was nice ) went in ask for my daughter records and was told i could not have them since i have not purchased glass from them for 2 years even though she had a eye example less then a month ago. read more

Only eye dr that accepts welfare insurance here and they abuse the fuck out of that privelige. $25-$55 fees for everything for some reason not covered by my insurance. wont give you your contacts prescription without a hassle. wont let you order online without a hassle and paying them for several needless visits. this place is a nightmare and also the receptionists are rude as fuck. read more

I had called to make a first time appointment and the receptionist was VERY rude. After telling her…read moremy insurance company told me I would be accepted there, she insisted that it might not be which I thought she knew something that maybe I didn't. No big deal. So I tried to all where I could find that information and she interrupted me, laughed and got attitude saying how would she know. No need to be snotty but okay. Then she hung up on me as I was talking! The employees at this business are beyond rude, snarky and enjoy making customers feel lower than they are. And sadly this isn't the first time they've treated me like this.
