I just wanted to make sure that this does not happen too other customers because my experience has been a nightmare . I ordered a pair of Ray Ban Meta glasses on your website, and chose the ship to store option for faster shipping. The store I selected was the LensCrafters in Woodland Hills Mall, Tulsa , OK. I ordered them last Sunday, and on Friday the UPS tracking said delivered at the front desk and signed for by the assistant manager. I arrived that evening around 8 to try to retrieve them and the guy could not find them. He told me to check back the next day. I returned and checked the next day as instructed, and before I was even greeted or asked what I needed, an employee told me that I myself had already called that day and my order was not there. I informed her that I wasn't sure who she thought she was talking to, but I did not call up there or anything. They proceeded to look (minimally) for my order and told me matter of factly that "my order was lost and I needed to contact support." I contacted support that day via chat and informed them, and they told me that they also see where my glasses were delivered and signed for, and that I should check back Monday because it takes the store a while to unpack orders and scan them in the system. I awoke today to an email at 9:18 AM that my order was ready for pickup. I thought the nightmare was over, but it had just begun. I show up to store and the employee walks away from the desk after getting my name to try to find the order. The manager named April stood in the doorway of her office and talked to me from across the store and without even knowing any information told me they were not here. I told her I received an email today at 9:18 showing they were here and she still would not even go look. She was extremely rude, extremely unprofessional in handling this matter and extremely disrespectful to a customer simply seeking out my order. She essentially told me they were lost, and even went as far as telling me I needed to go check Sunglass Hut and the Oakley store (I didn't even order Oakley's) in the mall "in case they were delivered there." I would like to add, the three times I had to go to store to check for my order, there were a stack of UPS boxes on the back wall that remained untouched each time I went. My Meta AI glasses I ordered were non prescription, so it almost seems to me someone has stolen the glasses; because not sure how I get multiple notifications saying they are ready for pickup but out of nowhere they are lost and the manager herself is rude and dismissive and telling me to quite literally go check other businesses. She also tried to say there were "25 pairs of glasses lost in Broken Arrow" when there is not even a LC location in that city. Not that that issue would have anything to do with mine regardless. I also am without a car right now, so have spent close to 50-60 dollars just ubering to the location to collect glasses that aren't there. I contacted support today and they offered to replace the glasses, and I asked if they could be shipped faster to make up for lost time. She said it would be at a $18.99 cost to me. So now I'm waiting until December 8th for glasses I ordered over a week ago that should have taken two days. I am a service manager at a business myself, and never complain. But this store and the manager specifically are so unprofessional and excuse my language, but she's got me fucked up and it feels like an insult to my intelligence. read more

Just to keep perspective, we are talking about 5 times the frames just broke while resting on my face ...April was quick to resolve the matter each time upto and including submitting warranty claims for me. Myself and my wife ordered glasses. First visit we ask to wait and we waited @6minutes and we show one rep is free but he attend customer came after us. 2nd rep also done and he did the same and we keep waiting then i ask one of the rep and told we came first and he said wait so we have to wait till third rep free. We select glasses and lense prescription done and payment done rep told delivery will be same day next week. We went next day of date given and glasses not ready. we told wait for massage and we collect one pair for my wife same we have to wait and again rep this time no first come first serve. I ask where is my glasses they said i will get by monday start of third week and send massage - no massage i called wednesday since i did not receive massage told ready. I recently needed to replace some glasses (from another optician) that were very scratched. Associate Aaron couldn't have more courteous and helpful. I appreciated his honest opinion about the semi wireless frames I was trying on & he gently steered me towards a shape and color I wouldn't have considered otherwise. Just picked them up, and love the new look. So does my husband! Patrick adjusted them nicely to my face. Good experience after hitting 3 optical places and not finding a size for my smaller face, or any particular interest in helping a senior get a fresh look. read more

This store is as backwards as can be. I was in a car accident 2 weeks ago and lost my glasses so I've been struggling with day to day life since then. Made an appointment for 2/17/22 at 1:40 pm. I get to the location and try and go in to look at frames but was quickly stopped by a woman who spoke to me in a condescending tone ushering me out of the store to call a phone number to check in. I called the number and was informed by another woman in the same tone of voice that my appointment wasn't until 2:20. I have the email confirmation of my appointment at 1:40 and tried to explain to her that this was an urgent appointment but she quickly hung up. It is now 1:27 pm on 2/17/22 and I will most likely be calling other places to get my glasses due to the sheer fact that these employees spoke to me in such a demeaning manner. read more

I have never been spoken to as rudely by anyone in the medical field as I was by Dr. Martin. He was flip and condescending from the start. When I asked a question about something he had done with my dad, he told me I didn't need to know what he was doing. I highly recommend NOT making an appointment with him. read more

I just wanted to let everyone on here know. Dr nick Martin is NOT a part of LensCrafters. He is his own business. Please review his office through his business. So the bad reviews on him should NOT reflect LensCrafters. But speaking of dr Martin, I use him for my daughters eye doctor. He and his staff have been wonderful the last two years. I actually buy all of my daughters prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses and my sunglasses from LensCrafters. And have been for the last ten years. If you are unhappy about your visit... you should definitely speak up and let the staff help you fix the problem or call for management. I always buy the protection plan and they always tell me there will be a copay and it does not cover if the glasses get lost. read more

I've been there a couple of years ago and got horrible service, to my lack of better judgment I went there again Monday morning to give them another chance and the service was terrible again, I was trying to explain the woman what I wanted and she wasn't having it, she kept interrupting me even after I asked her if I could finish explaining her what I needed, I stopped trying to explain myself and left. I had great service here. The doctor appointment went kind of slow. I had to wait a while because they were very busy. But I really liked the doctor he was super friendly and professional. They gave me my prescription and I took it to the LensCrafters part of the store. Picked out my frames from a large selection and they had my glasses done in an hour. My lenses came with hydrophobic coatings and are much easier to clean than my old lenses. They did a really good job overall. And I was glad I could get new glasses done in such short notice after I broke my last pair. I will definitely be coming back to LensCrafters. read more

I understand mask rules, but telling customers they can't even pull down their masks for a moment "because corporate's cameras are watching us" to try on a pair of sunglasses and see how a face actually looks in a pair of glasses is utterly ridiculous. Yelling at my 10 yo son from across the store when he's struggling to put his mask on is also crazy. (Btw he has sensory issues) Interestingly enough, we walked to one of your sister stores in the same mall and were met with kindness and understanding. This tells me it's not a corporate issue, it's an employee issue. Get it together Woodland Tulsa Lens Crafters. We walked out and had planned to spend several hundred dollars today. One assistant made a rude comment and I was later overcharged. Not going back. I was NEVER warned ahead of time, that trying on a sample lense was going to cost $39 ahead of time. An assistant made a rude comment to make me feel stupid for not being able to get the contact lense in. Dr. Martin tried to help me, but without success. Dr. Martin still insisted on charging extra for trying on a sample, and watching some YouTube type videos. read more

I don't recommend using Dr. Martin at LensCrafters. From my experience, they over prescribe what you actually need and charge more for premium services they say you "need". They are dishonest and seems to care more about making extra money than actually servicing their customers honestly and accurately. This was the case for both my wife and I. We each have heathy eyes but need a slight prescription for distance. This doctor said we are on the verge of glaucoma and require multifocal lenses. They incorrectly fit my wife and after a day, her contact fell out and was lost. Because it was a multifocal lens, they had to order more which takes several days. She went to Dr. Zoellner and was shocked when she learned that there was zero need for premium lenses, fitting, or exams. And they took the time to truly fit her correctly and loves her experience with superior service. Don't use Dr. Martin at LensCrafters at Woodland Hills Mall, they try to scam new customers! read more

This place is a scam. The office of Dr. Nick Martin. Go to get contacts for are daughter. I get told since her RX on contact expires on May 28, 2016 she can't get more contact tell she sees and gets a new contact script. It only January back in October I only bought 3 months supply. I want to do that again. Well they don't have record of are visit. The staff is clueless and always new every time we go in. They have a high turn over rate and we do not recommend them go down the mall to a place that has been in business for year for better service and the employees know what there doing. read more

HORRIBLE ..you'd have a better chance of getting decent frames and lenses and way better customer service at a flea market. They could not get my frames straight. After no less than six visits to get them straightene, they damaged my lenses. Now I had crooked frames and burnt and blurry lenses. These were five hundred dollar out of pocket with insurance covering the other half. Progressive lenses drove the price up .... Most importantly the service was unacceptable. They bark at you to sit down. The manager April has zero professional skills. I was so irritated by all the trips to Woodland Hills mall, that I finally tried the location at the Promenade mall. They were no better over there. I will NEVER shop at LensCrafters EVER again. After eight months of asking for help ...I finally emailed corporate. BTW! Corporate never contacted me...instead they forwarded my complaint right back to April the mess of a manager at Woodland Hills. My blood boiled as a sat with her and was biting my tongue to get the new pair of replacement glasses ordered. I made sure to pick them up when she WASN'T there....her own glasses are crooked so I guess I shouldn't be surprised my were too. Colossal waste of time. Will shop elsewhere from now on. I am blown away at the red neck demeanor of the store manager and her staff. As I sat with her ..one of her sales girls stood behind her playing with her hair. Where is the professionalism? Am I at a day care or a retail store? Can't get over it ...I had shopped at LensCrafters for over twenty years...in other states though. I had no problem at LensCrafters for my glasses but I did and Dr Nick Martins. The girls there are rude and act like they are better then you. They tell you that if you come back within 30 days of your eye exam it won't cost you to get a contact script or to be fitted for contacts but when you return before the 30 days they charge you $100 for the visit. Then when you try to order a supply of contacts they refuse and say "we really need you to wear them a few days and make sure they are comfortable." Which yes that makes sense. I asked if I had to come back how much that visit would cost and they told me nothing but when I went back because they aren't comfortable they charged me yet AGAIN for another visit. I told them I feel like you all are just trying to rip me and other people off and told them what I was told to which they are making excuses and saying no you get charged for blah blah blah. Then when I'm finally able to order my 6mo supply of contacts I was originally told the first time I was fitted that they cost $40 a box and then it turns out they are just over $60 a box. I went ahead and paid and when I got home I did some research I could've ordered the contacts myself for $30 a box. The only nice people in that office was the man that checked my contacts and the man that did my eye exam. The only reason I'm rating it a 2 is because of how nice both optometrists were and how nice and helpful the people in the LensCrafters portion were. They really need to re-evaluate their front desk employees. Including the girl that says she is the "office manager." read more

I'm completely disappointment in the entire brand at this point. As a healthcare worker I do greatly understand the seriousness of this horrible pandemic the entire nation is experiencing however in the midst of this I made my way to Lenscrafters and boy did I not get what I paid for...LITERALLY!!!!! Had the eye exam performed, went next door to order my glasses and pay for them and was given a pick up date and when the date came I called to make sure my ordered glasses had arrived only to be told that not only was the entire place closing early but would be closed until further notice due to COVID-19. When inquiring about how long they would be closed and if I would be able to have them delivered I was simply told that they would contact all customers with how they would obtain their glasses, WAS NOT CONTACTED. I called the provided 800 number on the website and was told by CSR that they should be delivering the glasses via the postal service and should be receiving them soon, only to receive a replay a entire week later that read unfortunately the order was made in store and they would not be able to deliver the glasses. I called to speak to someone because now I am 5 weeks into a wait for some glasses I purchased because obviously the exam and confirmed what I already knew from tireless hours of staring at a computer screen have made me aware that my vision is bad. Spoke to a supervisor who was bland and read the provided script verbatum in a dry tone that pretty much said I could care less and I am not willing to come to some sort of compromise because after all you did pay almost 400 bucks for a pair of glasses that you don't have. When I asked to speak to her supervisor because this is completely unacceptable she repeated the script once again and said they can email you and try to help you and although we can access store orders we have no sort of control if they can deliver or not. LIVID is a understatement. I pointed out the fact that I was able to come in and have a exam and wait in line trying on glasses but I wasn't provided at a minimum a disclaimer this was even a possibility of happening due to COVID-19? Those are disclaimers healthcare clinics are providing to patient's that call in and want to be seen but have to wait but are offered a alternative of a video appointment if they wish speak to a doctor? Then to top it ALL off the state I'm in just opened up to the public and they have the ENTIRE NERVE to remain closed until June 1st. I will from now on take all opinions into account when the reviews are HORRIBLE because this is one of those cases of a bad review I wish I would've listened to. read more

The optometrist seems to know what he is doing, but they did put my prescription into the computer wrong and had to run over to the sales floor and research which glasses they made me. Overpriced and very impersonal. Months later, after visiting Empire Optical and getting a pair of frames, I realise that the glasses I have from Lenscrafters dont even fit properly. I would give a zero star if I could. I do NOT recommend going to see Dr. Nick Martin for your optometrist visit at this location. When I came in for my exam with contacts, my script changed. I had told him that I liked Biofinity and it worked just fine for me. He told me to try Ultra ($13 more per box than Biofinity). I was skeptical why he kept pushing Ultra when I told him that Biofinity works just fine. I still had some Biofinity left at home so I agreed. Little did I know that by trying Ultra I had committed to Ultra. To go back to Biofinity (which worked well in the past for me), I will have to schedule another appointment which will cost me another $60. It is NOT okay to push a product on someone without telling them the difference in cost and returning to previous brand will cost another $60 visit. It is NOT okay to push another product when the customer told you that their previous brands work just fine. If you push another product, you should tell them it will be another $60 visit to be re-fitted to a previous products. Very poor customer communication. I am very disappointed in this optometrist. If he is getting some compensation from Ultra, then I am deeply disappointed in both Ultra and this optometrist. I recommend going to another location. read more

I got my prescription from Dr. Nick Martin and he was very professional and very knowledgeable. The girls in the office were very friendly. LensCrafters helped me with my glasses, they were fairly friendly and helpful. Their prices were a little high but the quick service was good. I have bought my daughters last three pairs of glasses there and their protection plan is great, they replace the glasses if damaged or broken. I have been happy with them both overall. read more

Worse service EVER .. had a problem with the anti-glare on my glasses ... they would not help me with the warranty.. had brought from them for years ... went somewhere different fro the replacement set and found I had been WAY overpaying for glasses with them .... I agree with all the reviews previously posted about this LensCrafters. We have been getting our glasses at this store for at least 10 years. We had not had an issue until today. They did not have a single set of lenses in stock for us (4 of us.) Two of the prescriptions were pretty weak and common. One was a little stronger and then mine is pretty strong. They said they could go to the back to call the other location only after I insisted. He came back and said someone else would call. I asked him to check on it after several minutes. He came back with a woman who must be some sort of supervisor. She said no one has any of our prescriptions. She was quite rude. It was a little hard to take her seriously with her tongue ring. Sorry, but I question professionalism with a tongue ring. We explained that we lived out of town and the reason we were there on a Sunday is that with work and the kids sports, it is hard to get all of us in one place during the week. She did not show any sympathy to the situation. We now know that we will be using someone else for our eye care needs. I highly discourage everyone from visiting them for their eye care needs! read more
