We couldn't be more thrilled with how easy the process was and how beautiful her photos turned out. She was so careful with our new baby (first) and we felt beyond comfortable with her working with him in her studio. We came back again for a mini-session for Mother's Day which was so special and a priceless chance to catch those photos you want, but never seem to be able to get yourself. As a Mom, I find I have tons of snaps of my son with everyone else, but none of just the two of us. It was great to have that chance to get those action snapshots and we look forward to doing more mini-sessions with Heather over the years. We recently also did my son's One Year pictures and Cake Smash. She provided great information ahead of time so we knew exactly how to prepare before the shoot and what to expect. She had wonderful design ideas and took our ideas and desires into account from the beginning. My son seemed to be a bit shy around new people, very active and was more interested in the blackberries than his (delicious!!) cake. Despite this unpredictability in a toddler, Heather was able to work with him during our session to get amazing shots and catch those smiles that we will treasure for years to come. Her process of online photo review and downloading is easy and seamless. It was very easy for me to share with family and get things distributed and ordered right away. We look forward to working with Heather for all our family photos for years to come. She and her family are such a treasure to have in our community.

The Husband, which handles the animals during the session usually it's also very social and great with kids! So if you've never worked with animals before he's super helpful when it comes to placement. My clients absolutely adored, going to their farm and seeing the animals they had. I definitely won't be going anywhere else! I can also say I had my children's photos done by another photographer as well, and I also had a great experience during that session too. Of all the professional photographers we have had Lauren was so patient and friendly to my 4 year old. Not many photographers understand that kids are kids and often get distracted or change their tempers quickly. Lauren was so kind to my daughter waiting on her even if she decided to throw a fit. Before our photo session Lauren called me several times to prepare. She sent me an idea of an outfit and I had the outfit handmade saving $60. Lauren paid so many compliments with how the outfit matched the picture she sent me of what she wanted my daughter to wear. Lauren also had a special necklace made for my daughter to wear in the pictures. It was so beautiful and matched the dress perfect. Lauren also bought a crown and painted it special to match my daughter's outfit. When we were deciding on a place for pictures, Lauren took a whole morning, drove out to my area clearly an hour from her, just to find the perfect place. She found a spot that I honestly didn't think was appealing. It was an old boarded bridge over a small creek. When Lauren got all her props and told Aurora what poses to make I was in so much shock to see how beautiful she made the environment come alive. If you would drive to this place you would never believe our photos were taken there. That is how much talent and creativity Lauren has. To see this place come alive through her lens and ideas was so cool. She danced around with my daughter played with her and even formed a good relationship with my daughter before the photos. I received my photos right away. I was amazed with how quick I got them. They are all so beautiful and I will forever have this memory captured. The color is gorgeous. I posted one of the many great pictures on my Facebook and before 24 hours got 100 "likes." My daughter to this day asks for Lauren and she even drew a special picture for her. I haven't mailed it yet but I will soon. If anyone ever wants to take family photos, wedding photos, and especially kid photos I highly recommend Lauren. She knows how to capture a shot and has awesome ideas. I have already had several ask me who shot our photos and for her business card. Lauren has a gift for sure!
