I have had trust issues in the past with doctors, physician assistants and other nurse practitioners; they didn't care about me or my well being; I was just another patient. With Christina, she cares. She listens to all your concerns and is truly there for all her patients. I have sat in her exam room and have cried to her over medical issues; at no time did she rush me. She is not one of the doctors who sees a patient for five minutes and then rushes them out the door. She really takes her time to listen to her patient's concerns, to double check things for herself in addition to going over test results with the patient in person. This leads to the only dilemma of the office, all the doctors are like that so if you expect a quick wait you will be disappointed. Schedule a visit on a day when you don't have work because you will be waiting between one and two hours after your original appointment time. This is because she as well as the other two doctors here really take the time with their patients. Trust me, it is worth the wait.

First…read moreoff, scheduling was easy the ladies accommodated me on Saturday which I was happy to know they are open on Saturdays. They also told me to fast just in case they drew blood so it was nice to speed things up. I was running a few minutes late so I called to let them know and they were great about it and still welcomed me in. Forms were short and easy. Dr asked questions about my lifestyle and relaxed me a bit with easy conversations as I get nervous at Doctors offices. I'm new to the area so he recommended other practices (dentist & obgyn). His staff was very friendly and gave me the cool places to eat around town. They really have a family type of atmosphere. He made sarcastic comments about my families medical history, and interpersonal issues, that were highly triggering and upsetting. For a first impression it was pretty jarring. He knew things about my family, that I hadnt discussed with him myself, and for him to bring them up with lack of consideration for my feelings on our first meeting... It felt invasive, unprofessional, inappropriate, insensitive and out of bounds. I felt super uncomfortable, and violated and was shaking when I left. I haven't been back since the first visit. The office hours make it pretty hard to make appointments, and the behavior of the woman at the front desk is highly unpleasant - she was awfully rude whenever I inquired about refills on medication or to make appointments. I went once and never went back. Horrible, and traumatic experience.

Dr. Sanfillipo is brilliant, very knowledgeable and to top it all he is just truly a kind and a caring person ! I honestly believe he is an angel! He saved 2 of my babies- and I'm not exaggerating! I had 2 regular uneventful pregnancies and 2 very high risk, difficult ones. I would not be where I am without the support and expertise of Dr. Sanfillipo. I don't care how long I have to wait, and btw it's not that long. I traveled out of state to see him because he is phenomenal! His staff is great! The ultrasound tech.
