First impression was off as no one was at the front desk, took them a few minutes to come out and greet. There was some back and forth going on, seem like front desk was unorganized. Going in to the room I was met by 2 nurses one was just an observer. After consulting with nurse if what I wanted, she pretty much just brushed it off. All she did was draw in a paper, then proceeded to pinch my skin every time she injected. I was super thrown off by this method as I've been to many spas and no one has ever pinched my face to inject. She was super rough. Never gave a warning or asked how I was doing. I noticed she put all my forehead tox in ONE are instead of spreading it! Same goes for the other areas. I came out with literal bumps a read face from all the pinching. After everything all nurse said was your done, "your probably gonna bruise, but it'll go away " l walked out of there horrified! After checking out at front desk they said they would follow up in 10 days but of course no one called. I would not recommend this place, the nurses seem super undertrained, maybe even unqualified to inject. Their methods are not with patient in mind, and let's not even talk about the care cause there was none. 2 weeks after, my face is off, the nurse definitely didn't know what she was going , glad this isn't permanent. So save your self the trouble and don't go here.

The service there is OK at the beginning, but then if you don't get more treatments, you can feel the difference on how they treat you and no, I don't recommend this place even though it helped me a bit. In some ways, this is a bit of a no frills medspa (at least to me) and I prefer that cause I can basically come in and out without too much down time. I'm also bad at relaxing anyways so I'm not the type who needs all the amenities of like drinks and aromatherapy. That doesn't mean staff are curt or rude, they still make time to chat and be friendly. What I did appreciate this time is even though I haven't been back for ~2 years, they still had my file and I still had credits for services which they honored. They also seem to have specials quite often and it can make aesthetic services a bit more affordable (but also, unnecessary procedures for vanity aren't gonna be "cheap"). Overall, for the LA area, I find the price to be extremely affordable and the results don't seem to be negatively impacted.
