I made a last-minute appointment due to my busy work schedule, and several other places weren't able to help me the same day. Even though they were very busy, Plush Derma truly went above and beyond. From the very first phone call, Karina, the receptionist, was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. She answered all of my questions without rushing me and explained everything so clearly over the phone. Even though they didn't have a room available at that moment, she still took the time to accommodate me by scheduling me at a different location within the same Plush Derma clinic network. They have multiple locations, which makes it very convenient, and the process was seamless thanks to her help. The clinic itself is super clean, modern, and very welcoming. Yikes. * The 4th session (the worst and last for me) was done by an inexperienced nurse who accidentally targeted my eyelid/eyelash area with the laser. * This caused significant pain, tearing, and irritation, and part of my eyelash was burned/cut off by mistake!!!!!. * Her reaction was unprofessional when I pointed it out. * I immediately reported the issue to reception. * I was later connected to a remote nurse/clinician via video call, but the response was dismissive and unhelpful, suggesting castor oil and saying it would regrow. (yay for me ;) 5 months I hardly got to regrow my lash) * No proper care, apology, or resolution was provided. * They contacted me twice afterward: the first time I was unavailable, and the second time the caller was speaking in a loud and aggressive manner, so I asked to be contacted another day as I was not willing to continue the conversation in that tone. * It has now been several months with no refund, no resolution, and no proper communication from the clinic management. I unfortunately only took a picture right after the incident. After that the eyelash fell out & only grew back several months after (with intense care) but I didn't take any photos during that time.
