PSA: If you're a bride and need help getting rid of that back fat, saggy tummy and arms then this is the place for you. Highly recommend! I found about about lymphatic massage by the woman who's altering my wedding dress. A former bride of hers, who is also a dr, told her about the treatment and said it was cheaper than lipo or cosmetic surgery. That bride gave her the information to a place in Westwood which don't get me wrong I guess but a month before my wedding. I don't have the time since I went back to the office. I happen to follow 1stopbeautyshop on IG and she had the same treatments I was looking for but in Montebello. I bought my dress 2 years ago, it's a size 14. Due to covid and a bad knee I gained weight and was 4 lbs away to 200. I had knee surgery last year and after 6 month of recovery and therapy was ready to start working on losing weight. I lost 15 lbs then in May of this year took my dress to get any alterations done. The dress fit but was a bit snug near the armpits and my arms looked a little huge. That's when Jocelyn recommended lymphatic massage for my back fat and arms. Best decision ever. I scheduled a session with Dolores 2 weeks before the wedding. At this point, I was still losing weight and was working on tightening my arms and getting rid of the back fat. Not going to lie, I was a bit skeptical but figured what do I have to lose. Just a note: if you're expecting to lose lbs then this isn't for you, if you're expecting to have a tight hot girl summer body but don't exercise or eat healthy after your sessions with Dolores then this isn't for you either. I had one session. She did my back and my arms and by back I mean from the back of my shoulder to my waist and 4 days later went for my 2nd fitting. The alterations lady has to alter the dress and an inch from each side. That's 2 inches & the dress is now a size 12. 2 inches that's amazing and the back fat is almost gone. Granted after the blown away surprise I've gone back 2 more times to Dolores. My arms don't look fat anymore. You do have to drink alot of water and I'm still continuing to work out at least 3 to 4 times a week but I'm not a skeptic anymore. Dolores is the sweetest shop owner and she's very helpful and will answer any questions you may have. Deposit is required when booking a session and she's the only one who offers a combo pack.
