Just found out the car I have been asking about for the past 6 months has not yet been fixed.. I found out it was ABONNDEND... I said if your not fixing it I'll sell it to put the money toward my cremation. I have stage 4 throat and lung cancer facing a full larynegctomy . It May extend my life by 1-2 years (38%) chance after intense physical therapy. Talk box, relearn how to swallow, breat with a stoma, etc... Now the place that has the car is billing me. I hope there health is better than mine. If not I hope they get treated the way I have been. I have using them, or should I say, they have been using me since 1978... I am 5ft 3&1/2, My receipts over that time frame are taller. Thanx alot for making my remaining time with my family SO PLEASENT. Can't do less than Zero as a rating, Heavy sigh. Lenzi's always does great work, quickly, and at a good price. They always come through for me, even when I don't have an appointment.

I regularly take my vehicles to the station. I find their people very attentive to my problems and have always fixed my issues in a timely manner with cost always being aligned well with the services provided by their team of experts. I've entrusted my 911 to them and they did an amazing job on the complicated tire changes that iI needed. Their front desk is also very accommodating both in listening to the problems and helping to ensure that the mechanics properly correct all of the issues. And they recently upgraded their customer service area which makes it even more convenient and accommodating for us. It's with conviction that I can easily give Lenzi's a five star rating! Keep up the great work and for those who want to have a top-notch service station working on their vehicle I highly recommend! read more

Absolutely Awful. I would NOT recommend anyone to take their car to this shop. They told me they could get my car back to me in 2-3 days, ended up not getting back for 3 weeks. After a week and a half of it being in the shop the kept telling me it would be done "tomorrow" Well tomorrow never happened and it ended up taking another week and a half to get it done. Once I did get it back it ended up breaking down within 24 hours of getting the car. Then after I got it back the second time it broke down AGAIN! Plus there were numerous problems with the car to where I should have not gotten it back until those problems were fixed. So now, due to their inability to fix my car, I now have a new car. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY with your vehicle. read more

Took the company truck there for a $79 brake job & oil change, I was keep calling them to see when my truck will be ready, they finally called after 3 days and said truck was ready. So I went to get the truck and I was told $480 , when I question why so much they said it needed rotors, they never called for my authorization or approval, when I questioned it, they said it needed it anyway and it couldn't be done without it, but what if I didn't have the money? Lenzi Service station has been part of my family services for years. While the service and value contiues to be outstanding, The little girl at the front desk was rude to me and said "Theres nothing wrong with your phone you could of called" she also used vular language , very rude and undeserving. When I asked her to speak to her boss she told me "She was the F___ ing boss" No boss would use that kind of language. Do not take your car to Lenzis Service Station in Monongahala, pa. They quoted me 2-3 days to replace a engine in my explorer and it has been almost two months and I just heard from them! Very poor service...takes too many service calls when they don't have the personnel or equipment to get to everyone in a reasonable time. Overbook...just like the airlines...and expect you to accept this because you are not a priority. read more

New info. When changing my water pump in my SUV. Lenzis blew up my engine. This now is the second car they ruined of mine. Gave it back to me without telling me about the engine. Such wonderful people and the work they do. Unreal. They decided to sit on my vehicle for 4 weeks before they did the work. Did not tell me that or say they was sorry or gave me a discount nothing. Be aware, Don't Do It, its not what it used to be, as they expanded & got busier they lost touch with their customer. I have been a customer for 5 years I had my car there for engine inspection, as I thought there was something wrong with the engine, it sat there for over a month, then they did an oil change charged me $40 & said everything is okay, that's all it needed, I was excited, after all they saved me an engine. I paid, came & pick it up & it didn't even make it to Sheet. White smoke & lost power, worse than when it got there, if a 10 year old would have test drove it they would have noticed the engine problem. So they said they will double check it, car sat there another month, then I was told it may need & they will give me a call with a price, several weeks later after calling several times a week I was told, they don't do engines anymore, & the so I came to pick it up, it was blocked by other cars, they said they will move the cars the next day, another month of constantly calling & emailing I was finally able to pick up the car & tow it home. Never an apology, I was charged for oil change on a car that needed an engine & it took 3 moths Its not worth it, DO NOT GO THERE read more
