TERRIBLE-I would like to give a zero. I looked up reviews and went to untangled salon. I am not a…read morehairdresser so what I said was to get to a darker shade of brown as I had washed out color. I showed a picture too. The color I was shown was dark but i am not a hairdresser so I thought it would be ok. After that i received a Brazilian blow out. The end result was very very dark hair- black in normal light. That is not what I wanted. I texted Chris back the next day explaining that it was too dark. She said it would wash out and I should contact her later on if I felt it was still too dark. She said she was going out of town. After the Brazilian blow out my roots were still very frizzy. I was so upset that I went to a reputable hair dresser after she left town to get an opinion and to fix the mess I had ended up with at the untangled salon. Chris did not follow up with me- a first time client. I texted her and explained that the hair dresser who saw me said my Brazilian blow out was done badly as my roots were still very frizzy. My color was very Dark- Black. He said my hair was "fried" due to a poor job and too strong a color. I had to pay to do a deep conditioning treatment! I texted Chris all this and asked for a partial refund and I was told that she did a great job and that " I may have done something to my hair " after she colored it and may be doing this it to get my money back. Our texts went back and forth and she didn't try to even call me. Such poor customer service. I told her I would report her to the BBB as she was not fair to me and didn't do a proper job. I had to pay another hairdresser to make my hair presentable again. Also she sold me a product for my hair that was open when I purchased it. She said the supplier was responsible but i could change it later. I suffered bad hair treatment/color , poor quality customer service and she charged me so much and refused to refund me even a portion of my payment as I was so upset with the result. She accused me of blaming her as I was already unhappy with my old hairdresser. I was not given any respect, I was not given any call from her or any attempt to resolve this. Worst thing is I paid her with a check she cashed right away. I feel scalped and so wronged. This is totally unprofessional and I have reported her to the better business bureau as she has not been fair in any way to me. I am once again asking her on this review to partially refund me my money ( for color and blow out) and I do not want the opened product I was sold and want a replacement. I would advise you not to go to her. I am very upset and have lost a lot of money in this fiasco- 730 dollars ( that is including products and tip). She has taken a pic with a flash near the ends of my hair where my old color was! In regular light my hair is black and dark and she will not refund me anything. She has no work ethic. She charged me 730 dollars with tip and products-opened and now is accusing me of ruining my own hair. I have never been to a hairdresser like her with zero honesty.

They don't push product but will offer advise and suggestions for your best hair possible. I have been super happy with cuts and my color. They give the best shampoos too.
