Went for nano brows in March 2025. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Michelle - the only lady there who does the brows. She's very sweet and kind and English fluent.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]She discusses with you first how you want the shape to be and draw on your brows to make sure you like it before starting.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] She starts off with leg massage compressor while we wait for the brows to numb. I went there for couple sessions after because I wanted to create more hair strokes and to make it darker. She made my brows look fuller and realistic which is what I wanted. My sister and I had gone to their salon in LA and loved the services there so it was a very pleasant surprise to see they opened a location in my hometown! I went to Jina to fix my hair from a previous salon that had butchered it and she did such a wonderful job!! I don't feel uncomfortable with my hair anymore! Unprofessional and wouln't recommend, as a professional hair stylist I would prefer someone who knows what they are doing so I gave them my trust entirely but ended up 100% the opposite of what I expected. We came in request for touch up root, highlight, dyed, bang fixed, and curling. But all we ended up with was only bleaching because they couldn't proceed to dye my hair as she said "I didn't know it was damage when it dry, now I know it damage because after the bleach" ? So we ended up bleaching for 4 hours almost 5 and they charge us the same amount as when we asked for the full makeover plus the curling we asked for was permanent but we only get the temporary curling. Will never comeback, total for 2 times bleaching and bang cutting was $450 wasted my 4 hours read more

What I am going to write here is my review for the hair salon in Los Angeles run by the same owner, which I would like to share with potential customers of Katy, TX. I used to live in L.A. and I visit a few times a year. The first time I visited Arianna Hair Boutique was in June in 2021. I called a few hair salons that have good reviews in Koreatown just to get my hair washed, but no one tried to take me in because either they were busy or it was close to their closing time. I called Arianna and was gonna give up if this hair salon said no. The person who answered the phone was either Jina, the owner, or her sister, Michelle. She took me in. I met both of them, we ended up talking about my broom-like damaged hair. I made another appointment for a hair color for next day. Long story short, they were very accommodating and sweet, as was the other staff. I thought the prices were reasonable. I liked how my hair color turned out, and also like their personalities and the atmosphere of Ariana. I visited Ariana again in August to get hair extensions. There are two hair-dressers that do the hair extensions, and I got mine from May. She, too, was accommodating and sweet. I had had my previous go-to hair extensions that is cheaper than Ariana in L.A., but since I really feel comfortable and relaxed and was very welcomed at Ariana's last two times, so I decided to continue to go back. Also funny; I was procrastinating to message Jina to get a consulting and to make an appointment for the hair extensions, and Jina messaged me to ask how I was doing. I was like, "Oh my god! We were thinking of each other". Yeah, this is my go-to hair salon in L.A now. read more
