Disappointing, but fortunately my mother recommended SN Cleaning. It was a quick call to easily schedule an appointment. They called the morning of the appointment to confirm the time. They called again to provide the approximate time they would arrive. Interestingly enough - they didn't need a water spigot and only sent one person for the job. He was excellent! Courteous and quick. Only took about an hour for the stairs and bedroom that was cleaned. Huge difference between the carpet that was cleaned and the carpet that was not. They were also cheaper than Stanley Cleaner. Definitely recommend.

We only have carpet on the stairs and upstairs hall, so they only needed about 40 minutes. They left me with a stain treater product in case I needed it later, I paid and they were on their way. I scheduled an appointment and had a nice gentlemen named Diego come out. Due to mold we had an environmental study performed by an expert firm, he wanted a copy so I emailed it to him. There is significant damage and Diego also was suggesting other services such as drywall removal repair etc. I told him to get me the quote for the mold removal as that was urgent and I had already been told that I should not use areas of my home due to the mold. when he left he said he'd get me a quote by the end of the week. End of the week came and went, I waited another week thinking ok maybe they wanted to read the environmental report. NOTHING. So I called a left a voicemail, no return call, I sent Diego a email at his ecoclean address, NOTHING. SO they came out and wasted my valuable time when response is urgent due to mold, even if they called back at this point I dont trust their services. Even if they are not qualified to do the work, how hard is it to return a call and say this is out of our area of expertise. Very unprofessional.

Mark, the owner, came out to my house personally, and I had a full proposal that afternoon! Both Mark and the office manager, Julie, went above and beyond in providing assistance as we worked together to finalize the design and scope of the work. Scheduling the work was easy, and the two different crews that did the work (the flooring crew and the cabinet installation crew) were prompt, professional, neat, efficient, and friendly. The floor was completed in two back-to-back days, and then the cabinet installers came two days later (they had to wait for the floor to dry) and completed the cabinet and slatwall installation in just a day in half, again back-to-back days.
