I really liked the owner who I thought came across as honest, knowledgeable and a straight shooter. Also, the pricing was fair, the selection and quality of granite was impressive and they were very easy to communicate with. We put down a deposit and things got rolling quickly. The counters went down beautifully but there was some question about whether or not they'd be able to get all of the backsplashes done with the amount of material we had in our slabs. Ultimately, they made it happen without any drama or delay which was really appreciated. I also want to mention how impressed I was with their trustworthiness. They basically had complete access to our house for three days as well as the codes to get in and they didn't abuse the trust we placed in them whatsoever. The place was in exactly the same shape it was when we returned, with the exception of the fantastic granite they installed! All in all, great experience. Five stars.

The employees who installed everything were very professional and nice and when they left the kitchen was cleaned and finished. She also had enormous patience with me as I was paralyzed with indecision on my back splash tiles. She recognized that the kitchen is a big project and will not be remodeled for years to come so it is important to get all the details right. I will use her again for my next project, which is a master bath remodel. Shoutout to knowledgeable Julian in the store who showed me various replacement doors and quartz samples, Diane, who helped with design questions, Nelson, the company's owner, who brought samples to our home and accompanied me to look at quartz slabs and made fantastic suggestions (i.e., cabinet conversions to pullout drawers), Fernando, who reconfigured my plumbing to accommodate my new sink, Caesar and his crew, who removed my Corian countertops and backsplashes and installed my new quartz, "Mr. Magic", Eddie, who singlehandedly removed my old doors, converted cabinets to drawers, and built an additional pantry; each providing quality workmanship while always being meticulous. Nelson was on top of everything and responded immediately to my texts and phone calls. Signed the contract 7/29, was told work would begin 8/25. The quartz and plumbing were done 8/25-26, deconstruction and construction of cabinetry was done the following week and the entire project was completed in an extra 1/2 day. The quality of the replacement cabinet doors and drawers with soft close is beyond excellent and the newly built items are of superb craftsmanship. All members of the crew were friendly, trustworthy, wonderful to work with and cleaned up everyday so we could utilize the kitchen sink and live dust free. Nelson, the owner, stays on top of everything so the project is right on schedule. We liked him immediately. Love the beauty and quality of our new kitchen and highly recommend this business. NewPro Cabinet Refacing renovated our kitchen.   They turned an outdated, worn kitchen into a…read moremodern sophisticated masterpiece.  We are extremely pleased with their work.  Walt Taormina, the owner/contractor, is extremely knowledgeable in kitchen design and construction.  He is very hands on and always on top of the work to be done.  Walt was very happy to do extras for us such as paneling the ceiling bulkhead above our cabinets with veneer to match the wood of our kitchen.  His installer, Jose, does very precise and exacting work.  Jose is more a cabinet maker than just an installer.  Jose also knows plumbing and electrical.  They did their work efficiently and on time.  There was little mess and they cleaned everything up daily.  The whole team is very friendly and trustworthy.  I would definitely recommend NewPro to renovate your kitchen
