He did a shitty job, Suzanne fixed as much as she could and worked with us but this guy left wires in the wall that apparently was the main gfi, that eventually had to be cut out. Then he left a cut out hole in the cabinet above the microwave because he had originally installed them to far to one side and had to be removed and reinstalled and then we still have the cord to the microwave rolled up in the cabinet so you can really only use one side of it. We had a small chip (our fault) and we were so worried! Jenny came out right away and remedied the issue. You can't see it anymore! Most recently, I called her to ask about the caulking around the drop in sink. I felt like mildew kept showing up because it was hard to keep that small corner dry. Jenny came over with another colleague and they redid the caulking around the sink. It is perfect now, it even reduced the space that held moisture and had mildew. It is so much easier to wipe clean and it stays clean looking! Jenny is very caring and stands by her company's work. Excellent quality and workmanship!
