The gelato I noticed was very fresh and had a large selection of flavors. It seems like a neighborhood spot, inside was packed and outside people were sitting and enjoying their gelato. I'm staying in Baltimore for the week and after dinner I walked to Pitango Gelato for dessert. There are lots of fruit flavored but I was craving their hazelnut gelato made with imported Piedmontese hazelnuts. Heavenly! Those ladies scooped me up something that's free of artificial colors, flavors and preservatives. I mean, grass fed cows are providing the organic milk for this Baltimore staple.
