Chatime…read morewhite marsh is by far one of the most consistent in regards to quality and has the best service. Im so glad that people are coming here because this is literally the place to get boba! The owners are fantastic, very personable, and really cares about their customers so i would happily support their establishment!!! Also this is one of the only places that have remained opened during covid while maintaining all of the precautions. The workers there are so hard working and are very welcoming! The boba is fantastic here!!! Not too sweet and texture is on point! They have so many flavors! My favorite is mango green tea! Fruit teas tend to be on sweeter side so i get 30% sweet. Taro milk is very good as well as the classic. If you have never had boba or you have had boba and didnt enjoy it, please try this before writing off boba. You may have not had good boba so you have to try the boba here!

We came here after a movie and decided to try their egg waffles. We also got a fruit tea (can't…read moreremember which one) and a milk tea. The fruit tea was really sweet. I had gotten 30% sweetness, but it was still really really sweet. I might go no sweetness next time. The milk tea was good! We got 3 original egg waffles. They made them one by one, it seems they have one dedicated egg waffle maker for the original. Even then, it only took like 9 minutes for those egg waffles. I could see it being a lot longer if it was super busy/multiple people before you had ordered waffles. I wish they had a peanut butter/condensed milk topping combo instead of just condensed milk. The egg waffles smelled really good and were delicious! Not bad. If I were in the area and needed a sweet treat, I'd come back.

The perfect spot for locals to grab a coffee on their way to work or an afternoon lunch spot. Joanna's has a really nice menu with quite a few breakfast and lunch options. As well as a decent drink menu for whatever may suite your fancy at the moment. I settled on a Pistachio and Rose Latte, a Sausage and Cheese breakfast sandwich, and a huge Black Bottom Muffin. The latte was little on the sweet side for me, but the flavor was decent. The breakfast sandwich I got on an asiago bagel, and it was pure deliciousness. The chicken sausage was seasoned nicely, and the asiago bagel was so soft and pillowy. I thoroughly enjoyed this sandwich. And the muffin was quite tasty too. With so many items to try on Joanna's menu and their good customer service, I'll definitely be back to try some other things when I'm in the area.

They even have outdoor seating and the weather was absolutely perfect. The hostess was pleasant and so helpful. She recommended the chicken sandwich which had pesto, arugula and mozzarella cheese. While, I…read morehave yet to have any of their food selections, the coffee is easily the best I've had in the entire DMV. It's a nice coffee shop with tables that you could easily bring your computer to and the people are extremely kind. So it's a great environment for individual work or small meetings. As someone born and raised in Seattle, we take our coffee very seriously. Despite the fact, Starbucks was started there, we all despise it and prefer the smaller coffee shops. I say this to emphasize that I take my coffee and the quality and flavors very seriously. This place is well worth your time, even if it means going out of your way!!!

They offer some really creative drinks, and sometimes the flavors are a little too bold for my taste, especially when they mix things like juice into an espresso latte. But their holiday seasonal drinks get me every single time. We have tried the "Over the River and Through the Woods," the hot chocolate, the cinnamon crunch latte, and the mistletoe toasted marshmallow, and I have enjoyed all of them! I also appreciate that their hours are longer, which makes it a great spot to get work done. I will say the seating is not the most comfortable if you are in the booth with the wooden seats, but it still works when you need a change of scenery. The food has been hit or miss for me, but recently it has been more of a hit. I am still wanting to try something from their pastry bin because everything in there looks phenomenal! Looking especially at the sweet potato pastry! Overall, I think this place works well if you know what you are coming in for. The drinks are good, the atmosphere is solid, and the location right by the water makes it even better.
