My daughter had/obvious signs of decay and I KNEW that she would have to be sedated to get her fixed up. There's absolutely no way that she would've been able to handle sounds or cooperate long enough for doctor to complete the work. Upon arrival, we did not have to wait, Dr. Tentler and Paulina were already waiting for us and he obviously understands ASD needs and how to approach my daughter. I was in disbelief that my daughter WILLINGLY WITH SMILES opened her mouth wide and let doc examine without any protest!!!! The confirmation system is the main issue: if you don't confirm within their text window (for context; I was already having phone issues and not receiving some texts a few weeks ago) then you get a follow-up message giving you only one hour before your appointment is canceled. That's unrealistic for people who work and can't always get to their phone right away. I called back during my lunch break three minutes after the cancellation text came in and was told my appointment had already been given away. In three minutes? That doesn't make sense. Then suddenly I was told I could have my appointment back after I complained. How can it be given away and then magically available again? Either I was misled, or the scheduling process is completely disorganized. On top of that, the communication was unprofessional. Being told "that was my bad" & with an attitude the whole time we spoke by someone in management is unacceptable in a medical office. It's disappointing because the dentist themselves is great, but the front office experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I strongly suggest better training in professional communication or hiring staff who understand how to speak to patients respectfully.

Seeing that the office is 10 min from my home is a bonus! I read reviews literally for just about everything lol. The reviews on Google, Yelp and social media for this office is outstanding! I decided to give them a call and make an appointment. The lady on the phone was very kind and friendly. On the day of my appointment, I was blown away with how swanky this dental office is. The decor is beautiful, clean and the complimentary water, tea, fancy coffee they offer is thoughtful. Gina, was my hygienist and I had the pleasure of meeting Doctor Mcgonigle. Gina is warm, funny and is very personable! She made my visit a delight Doctor Mcgongile is so cool and his bedside manners is excellent. I was so impressed with my visit that I told my husband and family they should stop seeing their dentist and come to Mcgonigle dental associates My husband has a fear of needles and had an terrible experience at a previous dental office. I remember sharing this with Gina and Dr. Mcgonigle and they assured they would be gentle with my husband. Fast forward to one month ago, my husband made an appointment for a cleaning as well as for a root canal. He said, the doctor was super friendly-they even struck a conversation about cars. (My husband is a car enthusiast) most importantly, my husband was not afraid of the treatment/procedure. He looks forward to his dental visits and that's because of the outstanding service he received at mcgonigle dental associates. Fast forward to my 2nd appointment for my six month cleaning and fillings. Hygenist, Gina greeted me and remembered me. She even asked about my son (great memory) which was really sweet. Once my cleaning was finished, I was greeted by Lisa E who assisted the doctor (I think her name is ashley) with my fillings. Lisa is super sweet, warm and has a good sense of humor. I don't like needles and she helped eased my anxiousness by assuring me everything will be fine and if I needed to take a break then, let her know. She let me pick out a movie to watch while I had my fillings replaced. I chose father of the bride (love that movie) my dentist, Ashley is kind, personable and down to earth. I have two flexible spending cards, and I needed to split the payment on 2 cards for today's visit. Front desk personnel, Alyssa, was able to put the invoices on the receipt so that I can properly submit the invoice to my FSA providers. She too, was very helpful and friendly!
