He operated on both my feet many times then sent me to other Drs to get another opinion just to make sure he had diagnosed what he thought was the best thing to do. He and the other dr I saw both operated on my foot at the same time. And when he wasn't able to help he was truthful said he wasn't able to help and pointed me in the rite direction. Rabbitt saved my had after I was bit by a spider then I smashed my hand he sent me to a hand specialist. I was hurting so bad I was taking way to much pain meds he sent me to a pain specialist that sent me to JHU I had to go through a bunch of trials to find the best thing to do and in 2002 I had a medical pump put in me to help with my pain. 17 years now and I have my body and life back the pills were killing me, now when I take the meds I feel like crap. I have nothing but great respect and lots of trust for Dr. Rabbitt, I'm going to be really sad when he retires. He just operated on my shoulder I'll give an update in a few weeks don't start PT for 4 weeks. There are some people out there that haven't had a positive experience I guess if your not happy you can move to someone else. He does his best to make you better you also have to do the work that needs to be done. Not every surgery is going to go great I had a few fail. Doc your doing great!!!!

If he knew this was the case why in the heck did he keep me in pain for an extra few months and charge me for three visits. He could have done this at the first appt when I walked in. Ill tell you why. Chance to get me three rounds of pain meds. Which I wouldn't use anyway. And three paid visits. And Xrays. And bone scans. Kick back after kick back. Insurance abuse. Milk it out for all it's worth. I disputed the charges. They still insisted. And now its on my credit report. We will see how it plays out with my insurance company. I bet the Fed. Govt. wont think its too professional either.

The lady from the billing department (Comprehensive Physician Resources) told that she cannot see any payments made on my account and she said that they can see everything from Greater Metropolitan, when I made the payment back in March. I went this past Thursday night (when I got the letter) to check on this bill and she told that the money is sitting there. Again logistics is horrible with this place. they are going to ruin my credit for $159 dollars. Another thing is that my insurance is trying to get the right paper work from this people and they don't reply to my insurance; after a year... so, my insurance don't want to pay me because they need the right paperwork.

Don't take it out on your caretaker because of a few minutes of waiting time or because you don't care for someone's appearance. That tells me you're "stuck on stupid". Be doggone glad you have to spend some time waiting. Waiting is the most direct and honest indicator that the doctor does not stop until HE AND HIS PATIENT are completely satisfied: with questions, procedures, diagnosis', prognosis'; and most important with the patient's complete comfort, ease, and peace of mind. The doctor will do the same for you, but if your 45 minutes is up and you feel compelled to leave then pack it and "git". Good riddance. Efficient planning on the part of the patient will help. Why would a patient believe: he/she can stuff a one hour commute round trip to the doctor's office; he/she can then get in at exactly the minute scheduled; and he/she can wind it all up in the allotted 45 minutes??? All during a one hour lunch allotment???? Reality is knowing you need at least a half day for any medical appointment!!!!! And in conclusion - I consider it to be a rude statement of grand measure exceeded only by the abject lack of tact and behavior that Irving would render his opinion about the "appearance" of "he forgot her name" in the billing department.
