I usually go in between 6 months and a year. The billing department lacks in patient care and understanding. I did have a billing problem in the past. I called to find out about what was happening and they were VERY RUDE to me. They treated me like I was interrupting them from something. The billing department is the only place that I have ever had problems with.

Because of this, I had to find another doctor to address the problem. The area became infected, and I learned that the instructions I was given were actually preventing it from healing. The new doctor prescribed antibiotics and provided the correct protocol, which finally helped, but I am still not fully healed after two months. Based on this experience, I would not trust this clinic with my care or my family's care.

I was surprised as this happened previously and when I went in for service the doctor said, oh no, you shouldn't pay a deposit, you are a regular! Today I was told I needed to pay a deposit and mentioned how this already happened and the doctor said I don't have to pay, but apparently they have a new policy, and she said I had to put down a deposit. I don't want to pay for a service until it's rendered and will find another place in the valley. I also do want to say Beth and Amy are amazing and I will miss seeing them.
