When I called I was told she was not in and Joe could help. Joe apparently was not available. Why send me to Joe when he is not available. Even though I left a message with the person who answered the phone I never heard back from the original women I spoke to or the mysterious Joe or anyone else. If it was not for the rate I would change companies immediately. I do not know if this is State Farm as a whole with terrible customer service but I do know that this office does have terrible customer service. There are no personal issues, whoever you're connected with treats you with respect and listens but nothing gets done so that defeats the point.
