I want to express my deep gratitude for the work of the entire staff: employees, nurses, therapists, the Manager, and the Director. Here, they don't just work... they care, they accompany, and they heal. The physical therapy department is exceptional: dedicated, professional, and genuinely passionate about helping others. You can tell they do it from the heart -- and that makes all the difference in anyone's recovery. The nursing staff doesn't just care for patients -- they care for souls. They treat with humanity, empathy, patience, and kindness -- something that is increasingly rare today. I also want to highlight the team responsible for coordinating medical appointments and transportation. Their organization is outstanding: Safe, reliable, and punctual transportation, ensuring you get to all your medical appointments on time. Clear and responsible scheduling, making everything easier and stress-free. This is a place where every detail matters -- where you feel the difference -- and where recovery becomes a more human and hopeful experience. If there were more than 5 stars, they would deserve them all. Because what they do here does not come from the uniform... it comes from the heart. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a safe, compassionate, and professional place for the care and recovery of a loved one.

I did as I was told and then the pharmacy called me and didn't have the RX - so they voided the transaction. When I talked to the nurse (?) again, she ASSURED me there was just a mix-up and that the next day they would be reaching out for the co-pay again. That was almost 2 weeks ago! My daughter has yet to be given the medication and I never received any call back. Then, my daughter was ready to move up to the next level of care, but they refused to move her saying that our insurance would not allow her to move for another 7 days. When I checked with our insurance, they told me that wasn't true. They ALLOW for a specified number of days, but if a patient is ready to move forward, they are delighted to see that happen. Her counselor gave a clinical recommendation that she be moved, but administation continued to come up with excuse after excuse. I called several times to speak with the directors and they were always either "with someone" or "on a phone call, but they would return my call" I have never received a call back from anyone. The one time I managed to talk to Diane, she was pretty snippy with me and then I told her about the medication etc. and she promised she would "check with her administrators and get right back to me - she would get to the bottom of all this" She never has called. Today, they kicked her out of the facility because she had been advocating for herself to be moved up to the next level of care (mental health/modalities) and they told her she was a complainer. I heard the gal in the background tell her "you can not stay on our property" when my daughter asked what she was supposed to do with two suitcases, two laundry baskets and a box and she wasn't able to carry them all and she was afraid to sit on the curb waiting for a ride (3 hours away) when it got dark. She was also without a working cell phone. Her cell phone was fine when she turned it in one night and the next night it miraculously didn't work. This was on a Friday and they told her (after being snide about "where she even got the phone from") that they would get her to an AT&T on Monday to get it looked at and of course they didn't. When she went to ask about it, they denied that they had told her they would take her.... I'm not sure how a facility that advertises for mental health care along with addiction can turn someone out on the street without even a means of communication.... They told me they didn't accept United Health Care insurance and that my daughter couldn't even enter the doors until I paid an EXORBITANT out-of-network copay. I wasn't given any options except to come up with $10,000 upfront (but their web-site says they take United Health Care). No scholarships were offered - no payment plan. Just upfront cash. Now, she is on a street somewhere in Florida and I am in SD wondering how in the world any place could be so unprofessional and uncaring. We chose this center because of the mental health component and couldn't be more disappointed in the way she was ultimately treated. There were some very good staff, but administration was another story.
