They continued to text me after I hung up. I spoke to my pharmacy and was assured they never got any of the prescriptions. After my initial appointment I was never called back for a follow up appointment along with never have my medication sent over. I feel less mentally stable now then when I went to them. Given the importance of timely communication in mental health treatment, this lack of follow up was concerning and left our family without needed direction. I recently changed health insurance companies, so I needed to look for another therapist. I…read morecontacted this office and they set up an appointment for an evaluation. The social worker was late for the telehealth meeting and they sent me different zoom links. I was finally able get in the video call, but it was a repeat of the same questions I had already answered. My insurance paid for that psychiatric assessment (close to 600 dollars), but I was still on the hook for a 140-dollar copay. I asked for a copy of the assessment and it was riddled with spelling mistakes, inaccuracies, including my orientation. The most egregious error - and insulting statement - was that I was of "average intelligence" - not sure who they are talking to who has high intelligence; it must be a genius because I am a college professor with a doctoral degree. I have asked them to delete my profile and destroy the assessment. When I called they did not seem bothered by this request. Maybe this happens a lot, judging from the many negative reviews here.

Mandy has always been great! But Dr. Brutus became my doctor around a year and a half ago due to my former Doc passing away. I was looking thru a long list of doctors and their pictures and I stopped at Dr. Brutus for some reason. I could see in her profile pic that she was a caring person. Just in her eyes I think, and I couldn't have been more correct. She's helped me tremendously! ALWAYS happy to hear from me, always greeted with her beautiful smile, and her genuine warmth. I feel like I'm her only patient sometimes! I don't know how she does it. She has a gift for helping folks and she must sincerely enjoy it because it comes thru even speaking to her on the phone. I am so grateful that I paused on her picture that day! She's so very understanding, kind, and down to earth. She has taken the time to really know me as well. It's easy to share with her. I hope she reads this sometime because she deserves it! We are all lucky to have her as our therapist.
