My limited experience here has been okay-- the healthcare professional I had a telemedicine appointment with was clinical during her intake, not empathetic, but I didn't need a listening ear so it was fine. I missed my second appointment because they don't send you a text or email with a link to join-- after calling the office, I confirmed you use the original link from your first appointment-- except I don't remember being told that and every other doctor I've been to sends you a link for each telemedicine appointment. The admin assistant was furthermore rude when I explained my confusion with this system. There also is no way to you directly call or message your doctor - you need to leave a message with the front desk. For these two latter reasons (especially the rude staff), I would recommend going elsewhere.

She is incredibly supportive and really understands medications and how they work but doesn't just write prescriptions. Snail mail. Today I called because I canceled my appointment twice via their automated email to confirm or cancel. The last time I had to cancel 3 times and they said they didn't get it. Soi called to ensure it was canceled and to reschedule. She did that tgen proceeded to tell me I had an outstanding balance of $40. I told her this was the 6th time I had this conversation. And said again, you send me the bill I will pay it! She said we sent you the bill and you never pay! So I said this is bullshit and tried to continue, but she shut me off and I'm canceling your appointment and hung up. I have been told on 3 different occasions that they sent me the bill. And guess what a week later I get in the mail. Pay it right away as I have payed all my bills for the past 50 plus years. She basically called me a liar. And then became offended because I said bullshit. If the care wasn't so good I woul drop them like a hot potato. I gave outstanding credit because all my bills are paid before they are due. Someone seriously needs to train their billing dept. Or dig a little deeper and find their systemic problem.​

I am being treated for depression and attention/focus issues, and one of the symptoms I struggle with is occasionally forgetting appointments. I understand that missed appointments have consequences, and I have always accepted responsibility for them. However, I expected a behavioral health clinic to show more understanding and compassion toward patients dealing with mental health conditions. During my most recent interaction, I was refused an appointment even though I urgently needed to continue my treatment. The way I was treated made me feel invisible and judged for symptoms that are part of the condition I am trying to manage. Mental health patients deserve to be treated with dignity, respect, and empathy. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope the clinic will reconsider how its staff interacts with patients, because kindness and understanding are essential parts of mental health care. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate and supportive mental health treatment.
