My limited experience here has been okay-- the healthcare professional I had a telemedicine appointment with was clinical during her intake, not empathetic, but I didn't need a listening ear so it was fine. I missed my second appointment because they don't send you a text or email with a link to join-- after calling the office, I confirmed you use the original link from your first appointment-- except I don't remember being told that and every other doctor I've been to sends you a link for each telemedicine appointment. The admin assistant was furthermore rude when I explained my confusion with this system. There also is no way to you directly call or message your doctor - you need to leave a message with the front desk. For these two latter reasons (especially the rude staff), I would recommend going elsewhere.

I find Dr. Fawad to be kind, compassionate, and very understanding. Even more importantly, she takes the time to listen to what is going on and asks the tough questions, even the ones that might make us feel uncomfortable. But that's okay - that's her job. She may be in charge of dispensing the medication but I have NEVER felt like that was her job - she is much more of a listener to be sure our needs our met. It was a harrowing experience watching a child develop a disease that we didn't know she had and Dr. Fawad and her staff basically held my hand to be sure that everything went as it should. I feel like I hit the jackpot with this practice as I know many others who have had extremely dissimilar experiences elsewhere. We could not be happier.

She called it in again.. with the wrong dosage. When I went to see her, she said " oh you should have told me" My apologies, I thought with having my medical record in front of you and me calling to tell you your mistake that you could figure it out. She " quoted things back to me" that were in my medical record, that she said that I had said, but I never had said them. She would recommend herbal products, when I asked for dosage, she said " I have no idea, look what it says on the bottle" She was terrifying.

First off he hasn't made an ounce of progress since starting his treatment. Just give him more meds and when he got suicidal on new meds they told him to keep taking his new meds. The most obvious issue is the rude impatient and very uncaring receptionist. BE BETTER! If you hate your job do us all a favor and quit! Nobody needs an attitude when reaching out for assistance with mental health issues!
