The upside is that the work is good and they are very thorough. Extremely thorough. Perhaps too…read morethorough. I was prepared for it to be slower than a regular dentist as they are students (each step is checked by a professor). I was not prepared for how very slow it is. For each appointment you are to plan for three hours. Great, I thought, they will get a lot done during the appointment! Nope. Not even close. The first three hour appointment is pretty much all paperwork. The student goes through a long list of questions with you. I mean a very, very long list of questions. Questions that no dentist I have ever been to has ever asked, and I am not certain how they apply to anything doing with my teeth. I have now been there for FOUR appointments, almost three hours for each of them, and all that has really been accomplished is a cleaning and one cavity has been filled. With the number of cavities I need filled and the crown I need, it will be past the time for another cleaning before I am done. My first appointment was in October, and my latest appointment was in December. As for the idea that it is cheaper than a regular dentist, I am not convinced. You are charged for each appointment and you have to go back so many times that by the end of it all I don't think I am saving any money at all. Minimally if you include the value of your time you do not get a good value for your money. I will definitely go somewhere else for future cleaning services, and I am not at all confident that I will complete all of the work they recommended at this place. I just don't have that much free time.

I wouldn't send my dog here. The staff is utterly incompetent, and I pity ANYONE desperate enough…read moreto try for this place. I hope the monsters that work here lose their licenses, this was without a doubt the worst care experience I've had in my entire life.

I took a group class at Northern Clay center and it was amazing! We had 11 brand new students…read morelearning about throwing pottery for the first time (so we all needed individual attention) and the instructor was so friendly and able to help us all! I thought maybe we would each make one piece, but we each got to make 4 or 5 bowl-like objects (you got to pick) and to paint them. We also used the break room to order food, since pottery in the morning was hungry work. Northern Clay is giant inside- I had not idea looking at it from the street. There is a parking lot right by the building, so you don't have to worry about street parking. We had a great time, and will be back to pick up or art in 3 weeks! I definitely recommend the group classes or private parties, which came out to ~$50 per person.

I came here to buy a couple gifts and was not disappointed. I'd browsed some of their selection…read moreonline and saw all the pieces they'd advertised on display in their showroom. The pottery is grouped by artist, which made it easy to limit my browsing to only the styles I liked. I will note that (at least on the day I visited) they very heavily feature artists whose style is natural and rustic, which isn't bad, but for the prices they charge I was looking for something more sophisticated. I know all pottery takes a lot of work, but I'm not going to spend $80 on a misshapen mug. The items do focus pretty heavily on dishes and cups/mugs, which made gift shopping a little difficult, since I wasn't about to buy a surprise dinnerware set for someone. The person manning the front desk was very helpful and brought out more pieces from the back room of artists I liked. She was also able to share with me which pieces were and were not dishwasher safe. I left with a good selection of gifts and would definitely come back again.

I have a lot to say about this driving school and the instructor was absolutely unprofessional…read more It's seem like a scam to me and I was really skeptical on my first lesson never again. Here are the unprofessional habits I noticed car was filled with things like medicine cups the bag of his car was was also filled with his personal belongings. Another thing he is very unhygienic nails were dirty breath smells like cigarettes and his teeth were so dirty and I find that really disgusting. His whole appearance just says alot about his character. I don't even want to mention how the driving lesson was he was putting way too much pressure and force on me and that was my first time behind the wheel he was holding my hands and hitting it on the steering wheel if I make a mistake or don't know what to do on the road it was an absolute mess he is not a good instructor abd he claims he has been doing that for 30 years, 30 years of unprofessional and a dirty finger nails with a dirty car that smells like cigarettes

With private lessons from him I improved and passed the exam. The instructor specializes in teaching adults who have never driven before so I felt very safe with teaching methods. His road test preparation style was effective as he explained the way the points for the test were allocated, and worked on the necessary skills to pass the road test. He also used diagrams and visuals for easy learning. Before the exam too, he took me out to go over the skills which reduced my nervousness, and helped me relax before the test so that I can do well. He gives good advice about driving for the exam and real life driving. The individualized attention he gives helped me become confident driving. If I had went to him first, I would have likely passed the road test in one try. His classes are a bit strict, but it was good because it made the exam easy. He has unique methods, but they work well. Ring him up if you want to Drive Today.
