Leonard's put in heavy duty locks and special features on certain locks when we bought this house several years ago. They did an outstanding job that we are very happy with many years later. Bought an old Pontiac sight unseen off the web. For those that know PHS has the billing records for old Pontiacs showing what options they came with. Also on that record are the original key codes. I took a chance and had Leonard's make me a key to that code..hoping the locks hadn't been changed on my "new" car. If you do get him, either in person or over the phone, doesn't call back after allegedly investigating the question. Finally, claims nothing but junk goes into his emails. So... why have email? I went in to make a copy of a broken key, the older gentlemen who helped me originally was very nice & told me to come back in case key didn't work. I did just that & went back, but this time I believe it was the owner who helped me out. He was very quick to dismiss me & my issue by giving me my $3.50 refund even though I never asked for it.. all I wanted was to get the key fixed.
