Oh my God, the service is unbelievable, they fix my boots which I've taken twice already to other leather repair shoe places and they did not do a good job. They just slapped some glue on there and it eventually came off. They actually took in a Ralph Lauren belt for me and just made it fit perfectly. The value is amazing and the owner is so on top of everything. 100% value pricing is amazing. read more

Victor's Shoe Repair's reputation remains well-deserved. I've been using them for years to maintain my wife's favorite leather boots as ever year she wears the soles down, and Victor's has kept all of them looking brand new over and over. The service is friendly and fast, prices are reasonable and quoted up front, and they're usually ready on time or even early. This is the only shoe repair store I feel I'll ever need. Parking is easy either on the street out front or to the right of the store in the private lot behind the supermarket building. read more

Guys. They've done it again. My gf had a pair of boots that were getting kinda mangled. I thought I'd surprise her and have Isaac work his magic on them. They look like new again - per usual, bc these guys are amazing! Trust me on this... when you've got a favorite pair of shoes, boots or sandals that you just can't part with yet (even though the repair might be more than the value of the shoes), Isaac will probably help you give them "just one more season" -- or really two more seasons! I had an amazing experience at Victor's Repair Shop in Burbank. The service was excellent, especially the lady who responded to my text. They repaired my vintage shoes perfectly and even offered other helpful solutions. The timing was great, and I never felt rushed. Overall, the customer service was outstanding. Picked up some shoes I dropped off for a holiday party. The shoe was a dress shoe and the sole was falling off. They fixed the sole and even shined them up for me. I decided to fix the shoe since they are no longer in production. The price was great and the work was even better. They took the extra steps to make everything the way it was supposed to be. It's not easy to find a Shoe Repair that understands shoes more than a true shoe lover! Victor's does and they are super friendly. I drive all the way from Los Feliz to come here, because when you find a great repair place driving 20 min is a piece of cake! I was relieved to find Victor's Shoe Repair as I have a DaKine wet/dry backpack whose stretch strap busted from its stitching while hiking a couple of Summers ago on Kauai. It was a minor inconvenience to not have the strap work but it bugged me and I really wanted to salvage this pack. I took a different pack to the island last year and it just wasnt as solid. This backpack also has a wetsuit pocket which I've always loved for storing still damp boardshorts and rash guards. All in all, this is my go-to backpack for travel to the islands and for beach days. I took my bag to Victor's one morning and Isaac was a real pleasant guy. The price was fair and they ensured me they could address the issue to be able to reattach the strap. I got a text late that afternoon that it was done. Awesome! I drove there after work but they must have just closed. It was no big deal, I came back the next morning before work and picked it up from a friendly and great to deal with young woman. I'm sorry I never got her name. But I appreciated her and Isaac's customer service. They are both great. FYI. The hours posted on Yelp are NOT current. Please call ahead so they can tell you what the current business hours are. The woman told me they are open on every other Saturday now. Street parking out front. Located next to Menchie's in the same plaza as Popeye's & Smart & Final Extra along Verdugo Blvd... and Hollywood Way. My DaKine backpack is ready for this year's trip back to Kauai... I took my shoes in for the first time to repair heels and they did a horrible job! First of all I was promised a rubber heel instead I got some cheap plastic that does not even match my shoes, the heel caps should have been black. I needed to get new heels for my boots and two friends recommended Victor's. After just picking up my boots I can definitely see why. The workmanship was excellent and the price was really reasonable, less than I thought I would pay. Plus, they also repair purses, backpacks, zippers, etc. I'm at the stage where I want to repair whenever possible instead of replace. I'll definitely be going back to Victor's. Great overall experience! Messaged for pricing through Yelp and received a response quickly. I took in a pair of my fave boots to get a heel tab repaired and Dena welcomed me in. She suggested I protect the front of the soles as well and keep these red bottoms fresh. I'm very happy she made the suggestion because these are my most comfortable boots and I can look forward to rockin' these again. It was cleaned, weather proofed and these soles are protected now. Will definitely be back for any shoe or bag repairs in the future. Picked up boots in a few days. Very fast & professional. Wonderful work on shoes and Dena is very pleasant with a great attitude. Everything about Victor's shoe repair is the best. I've taken my louboutins in multiple times to have Victor or Dina work on them- repair the sole and add nonslip bottoms, repair the heels, replace heel taps, etc. Because the work is such excellent quality, there is no point in purchasing brand new Louboutins anymore- any Christian louboutins in any shape will look BRAND NEW after Dina does her magic!! read more

This is the first time into Victor's shoe repair. My snap for my cell phone leather case finally broke. I went in and was very presently greeted. The owners looked at my cell phone case and said "No problem, come back tomorrow". The next day I went in to pick up my case. It was done and wow, back to what it was like when I bought it. Like the saying goes, "you get what you pay for", at Milt & Edie's you get fast and quality service, great customer care, with convenient location and extended hours. I have seen 20% off coupons for M&E on the back of the local Vons store receipts. Those on a budget, or use them frequently, these are a good coupons to look for and retain. I will continue to patronize them with, or without coupons. The service and care provided at Milt & Edie's is worth it.

They did not listen to me try to explain what I said I wanted. Several staff members were very rude to me, making snide comments about me and my clothing. Again pushed for alterations I did NOT want. Thank GOD I didn't use their services. Bad business all around. Rude, Unprofessional and badly managed. Don't come here.

Ubiquiti had a solid reputation for quality and reliability, so I went about finding someone who handled their products. Yelp was a great resource and I narrowed down my choices to LA Wifi Guys, as their information gave me the most confidence. Made an appointment and David came out. Really liked his approach. Honest and transparent and not hustling me for upsells. He described my options clearly and it was easy to decide what I wanted. Not cheap, but very fair considering the higher quality solution and more experienced installation. It actually cost notably less than my original set up, which was done 6 years ago and had less features and most of all turned out crappy. David gave me an estimate for parts delivery, which turned out to be exact, and we made the install appointment for the day after. He came in and was very polite, careful and steadfast. He also was great at explaining how to operate my new system. But most of all, weeks after the install, I am sooo happy with it! Really great setup with excellent user interface and excellent camera resolution. Update: Sam took an additional 1.5 hours; couldn't fix noise issue. Apologized for his outburst and threat of lein. Offered to: replace defective motor, but needed to take, or take defective motor and refund deposit. Pff, took deposit. I would have appreciated the apology more had it been offered sans excuses. Sam did the right thing in the end but it was a day which didn't have to play out as it did. I now wait for my deposit refund. *took a few days but did receive my refund. In the meantime I had an unsecured gate. Found a reputable company who did not require money up front. They installed a new, perfectly working gate.

The employee here (possibly manager), was very attentive and kind during my experience, also was quick to help others with a sense of urgency. He noticed I was having trouble with the detergent dispenser because I did not have singles on hand, and asked if I needed change. Once I put the coins in and ordered what I wanted, I ordered the wrong detergent... (way to give myself away). Knowingly it was my fault at hand, I let him know that I'm sure they don't do refunds but I ordered the wrong detergent and if he wanted it back. Without questioning anything, he told me I can still get my money back. Damn, this type of excellent service threw my worries out the window, and for sure made me comfortable to come back again. Also parking is very open since if you don't find it in the lot, there's plenty of street parking, atleast around the time I arrived. Overall experience was easily a 5 and machines were all clean, ready to go and in working order. It's basically its own scene, in a really cool way, it gives you a break from your life (free Wi-Fi) and you find yourself enjoying the meditative space. Change machines work pretty well. Dryers work great, most loads you'll need maybe 35 minutes to be completely dry, 40 max. I actually look forward to coming here. This is my local and preferred landromat.
