I asked for a refund of at least the blank key I had brought in and he said there was nothing he could do because it didn't originate from their store. A warning at the beginning when I asked him to cut my key would have been nice but instead all he said is that those keys cost $35 to cut (which is high) but I was there so I agreed only to be disappointed in the end. I have been having problems with my garage door remote control and all my keys (house and car) were sort of coming apart. I guess they were too loose on the round ring. Yesterday, around 10:45AM, got up and went there on a whim. I couldn't take the fact that every time I had to open my garage, it kept giving me problems. I had to get out of the car, and open the garage from inside. I tried to fix it myself by changing the battery and couldn't make it work. The keys are a whole other story. Mike (I guess he is the owner), took a good look at it and in a heartbeat found the issue with my garage opener and replaced it with a very different kind of a battery that is not sold in a lot of places. Then he took a look at my keys and took each key out of the ring.. one by one and put everything back together again. For the garage opener and putting back my keys, he only charged me $20.00. They accept cash and credit cards only. If and when I need to use them again, w/out any hesitation.. I will. They also specialize in: key duplication, installing and replacing locks, garage door opening, lock repair, key extraction & lockout services. They are located at the corner inside the plaza where Trader Joes is along with other businesses. Thank you Mike and will be back if anything else goes wrong.

I told him I needed a mail box key made and he said OK! Since I was curious, I asked him why they vacated their shop. He said the city had been wanting them out because the shop was built w/o permits. Yet, that shop was built over 25 years ago and took them that long to figure it out? Well, in any event, they can still make keys and provide other important services you may need. I needed a mail box key and Luis wasted no time and made one for me. BTW, my wife (Josie) has been using NOHOLOCKSMITH for at least 6 years now and always received courtesy, fast service and never have they made a key that didn't work. Need a key? He came in a clean locksmith van, has the whole office in his van! Estimate for new programmed key (smart entry) is around $300 ($500 dealership). And was offerred $250 because he was in the area. But since I have an extra key that just needed programming, he quoted $150 (usually $200+). He works with the yelp company that referred him to me. I assume it's because the other friend was on holiday leave? It was 12/31 when I called, serviced 1/1 during holiday. I asked about other quotes in case of a house lockout/get in would be around $75-$80. And to redo/change my lock would be $60-$70. If you want duplicate keys, he do it for an affordable price. First, after initial phone call, I call them back right away saying I no longer needed their service and yet they still sent someone out. Second, Upon arriving, a man had me believe he was from another locksmith company that I actually hired. Before I was able to figure this out, this man quoted $500 to unlock one door! ONE DOOR. I questioned his price and talked to his "boss". Once the actual locksmith I hired arrived, the boss got extremely verbally aggressive and caused a big commotion. At the end of this ordeal, this company had me believe he was with the locksmith company that I actually hired, his boss got extremely rude and hostile after I said I no longer needed the service. And tried to charged an outrageous price for unlocking a door.
