Many places wouldn't give prices/estimates over the phone, but K Shoe did and although a little higher than others they had great views and sometimes you get what you pay for! Not only did the shoes look great, but they knew I had a flight to catch in a few days and finished my shoes 2 days earlier than what they original quoted me. Just be careful that the price they give you can easily increase depending on what material and additional fixes you have done.

Do not go to the Port St. Lucie address listed on the site--just give him a call. I needed the heel of my leather boots repaired after they basically disintegrated. Mark does live in Port St. Lucie, and if you're also in the area, he offers pickup and drop-off service. Honestly, it doesn't get better than that. I was beyond impressed with how beautiful the bottoms of my boots look now. I've had these leather boots for 15+ years, and I'm absolutely not ready to part ways with them. Mark was able to fix them and make them completely wearable again. Since it's rare for it to actually be cold in Florida, now is exactly the time to bring out the leather boots. They were…read moreable to cement the strap easily and evaluated the other straps to make sure they were secure as well. They even added a stitch to keep it secure, at no extra charge. I am excited that it cost so little ($5.40) to extend the life of these comfortable shoes. The shoes were available for pick-up as scheduled, and the person I interacted with was courteous and knowledgeable. Very happy to work with this family business and I will definitely return.
