They paid attention to detail and went beyond what I expected or knew needed to be done. For example, they hand-filled small cracks in the stucco that were not even visible to me at this time. I especially appreciated the easy and responsive communication, usually by text or email. The written PDF estimate was sent by text and Gustavo responded quickly via text to my questions. These guys are amazing. Some friends referred them to us so we contacted Gustavo for a quote back in February 2018. After receiving several quotes from different companies, we decided to go forward with Leos Brothers in March. He emailed me and gave us a start date in April. They were on time each day, kept their work space clean and cleaned up before they left. These guys LOVE what they do and it shows. The prep work took several days. There were stucco repairs and caulking, all included in the quote. They removed all our old satellite antennas and wires and repaired all the holes. I didn't know there were so many. They taped and primered the house before putting the color on. They removed doors and spray painted them. They spent most of the last day doing touch ups and clean up. They even removed all the small paint drops from our patio and sidewalks. They always had a smile on their faces. Wow! I'd give these guys a 7 star if possible. Everything was done to perfection. They repaired our bad stucco job and pealing wood. The condition of the home looks brand new. After reading the Yelp reviews for Leos Brothers Painting, we brought them over to do an estimate for our home. We were not disappointed. Let me tell you, Gustavo is so easy to deal with that I feel he probably gets along with just about anybody. He puts you at ease and is very professional about your home. We loved the paint job they did and we were so pleased with his job. To make it even better, we did a final walk through and found little spots/details that needed some work. With my husband and I buying a brand new house, the date in which escrow closed and we got the keys kept on changing. I love these dudes. They were painting down the street from me and I stopped by to ask for a quote when they had time. Gus came over later, did the walk around and measured and that night gave me a written emailed quote for inside separately from outside, just like I asked. They were about 1/2 of what my other quotes were, and I saw their work... I went with them.
