Hired this guys to paint my whole interior house and install flooring. I had to call him out on my details, for instance not painting behind the refrigerator because he said it was too heavy to move. He failed to paint around window trim. I also had a difficult time getting him to come back to finish baseboards in my closet after new closet installation, when he did come he did not install baseboard in small areas where he though I would not look. I'm still finding missing painted areas we agreed on months later. I would not recommend him. read more

This was BY FAR the best painting experience I've ever had. We have had other painters in the past, but this company by far exceeded my expectations. Phone calls and emails were returned promptly and the paint crew showed up on time and worked until late in the day to finish painting my house. They did an excellent job, helped color match and recommended several different options. I had originally scheduled a different company to come and do the work, but when they said it would be over a month and a half I started to look around for other companies. The team was on professional, on time, CLEAN, and stuck to the schedule as promised. From the day we met for the quote to the last detail on the last day- Osorio Painting exceeded our expectations. They even patched up and repaired some details that were not even in the contract, now that's customer service! On a Sunday, I had started painting 3 rooms in my new home, and there were four days before move in day (Thursday). I soon realized that I could not get the job done on time. That's when I decided to look for a painter. I looked here in Yelp for painters in my area, and sorted by most reviews and highest rating. I really like Osorio's painting website and their customer review, so I decided to call them. I called in on a sunday and left a message. A gentleman by the name of Maynor Osorio (owner) called me on Monday, and I started discussing the project with him. I informed him that the rooms were empty, only walls required painting, and that I had already bought the paint from Lowe's. At first, he gave me a quote for labor and material. Then, he quoted me for labor only. He informed that he will bring two guys to do the job and that it will take the entire day to finish all the three rooms. Honestly, the price was a little too high than I wanted to pay, and higher compared to the going rates to paint rooms (empty rooms of a new home construction), but I had no choice due to time constrains. Mr. Osorio was very professional and I appreciated that he was willing to accommodate me in such short notice. So, I agreed with his price on Monday, and confirmed that I will see him on Wednesday. On Monday afternoon, Ann Marie Osorio (wife) called me and let me know that she had sent the proposal and invoice. I looked at the proposal and the prices were written as I had discussed with Maynor. In the proposal, it indicated the following: "Payment schedule:10% down deposit to hold scheduled date, 40% due at the time of start date and the remainder 50% due upon completion. *We accept: Cash, Check and Credit Card (credit cards will be charged a 3% processing fee and charged three days in advanced due to bank holdings through Paypal)." Ann Marie was concerned with getting paid, she was acting like they had to buy materials, and therefore they needed money. She reiterated that it takes three days for the credit card processing company to send to them the payment. I don't know why she is telling me this, as It is standard business practice by credit card processor. Anyways, the invoice did not have a link to pay 10% deposit as described on the proposal, instead, it required me to pay them in advanced the entire amount. It was sort of weird since I'm also an IT computer consultant--I manage websites for e-commerce, blogs and company's website. I only make my customers pay 50% down, and the rest when I am done. And I don't make them pay the 3% credit card processing fee she claims it is owed to her. Again, I was pressed on time, so I did not want to argue and I needed the job to be done. In any event, I paid them the full amount two days before the job. On the day of the job, three men crew showed up, one more man that they had promised, and they were on-time. Mr. Osorio was very professional, and really nice to talk to. They immediately started laying out plastic protector around the hallway, stairs, floor in the room, and covered the baseboards. They did an amazing job in all the three rooms. I could tell they have a lot of experience, and were able to finished before 3pm. I was so relieved because I was moving in the next day. So, do I recommend Osorio's painting? Yes, they are the real deal for any painting project around your house. After I settle down with the new home, I will call them again to discuss the project of painting the rest of the house. read more

I would've loved to give Osorio's 5 stars because they were very nice, were able to complete the job under a short timeline, and overall the house looked great, but there were a few things that knocked down their stars. First off, after they completed the job, I noticed a few areas where the paint had already bubbled or chipped. I contacted Osorio a few times and he said he would let me know when he could come fix them, but he never contacted me back. Then, I noticed that they actually left paint spots in several places. I had to scrape paint splatter off of my sliding glass doors and several spots on the floors in different rooms. It was a lot of money to spend to have to do my own cleanup and touch ups afterwards. read more

I originally reached out to Osorio painting strictly for a paint quote but they ended up painting our entire house, installing chandeliers & crown molding, remodeling our bathroom, etc! Our house literally looks like a model home now & we couldn't be happier! Maynor & his guys were friendly, patient when we changed our mind a few times about paint color, showed up on time every morning and cleaned up after themselves everyday without having to be asked. Thanks to YELP I found Osorio's Painting! He responded within the day to my request for a quote. From the minute I met Maynard Osorio, I knew my stress about everything was over. His experience and knowledge of the work needed was impressive and put my skeptical mind at rest. He helped me with choosing paint colors and with different ideas I hadn't thought of. He kept me from making bad decisions! His honesty and integrity impressed me as well as the pictures of work he had done. I was sent an estimate by email within the week and his prices were very reasonable. I was doing a remodel of the three bathrooms plus painting the interior of whole two story home including stair banisters, cabitnets, drywall, flooring, baseboards, doors, ceilings and walls. Osorio's Helped me after I realized we'd bit off more than we could chew. I love DIY but with a newborn and toddler and limited vacation days, we weren't going to get the project done in time to move in on schedule. Ann Marie and Minor the owners, Moved heaven and earth to fit us into their work load and get us into our new place! He has connections to electrical and construction people also. I have gotten the worst experience from this company. On the get go I felt Maynor never had any interest in doing the project. He never made any measurement and before he left he said he asked me to text him my email address so he can send me the estimate. A week passed and I never got any email or at least a text. I texted him again to follow up but no response. I finally called him and he said he was very busy and promised me that he will email the estimate the same day. The estimate was higher than we expected, but we were impressed by his knowledge and suggestions and also by the extra services he was going to perform with no extra charge. He's so much more than a painter! He has a real knowledge of all aspects of home construction. He takes great pride in his work. His workers were always prompt, professional and skillful.
