After talking with Leo on the phone I brought my wife's bicycle frame to his shop to have bottom bracket bearings pressed in. Not exactly the type of work he does but he has the tooling to do the job properly. I do not. I showed him what I wanted to have done and he accepted the job. He understood perfectly what to do and was able to press in the bearings while I waited. Excellent job and at a fair price. Disappointed; he runs a machine shop and won't help me with my starter motor that has a few bad threads in one of the mounting holed. Any machine shop should have a tool and die set or thread chaser to fix threads. read more

One unfortunate late evening while in a hurry to finish up some maintenance I over torqued a bolt causing the threads to shear clean off inside a part i was reinstalling. I was devastated as the part was not cheap. I decided to put a halt to my efforts that night and call it a day. The next morning i called Leo's machine shop and was informed that they would take a look at my situation but made no promises. After some further discussion Leo decided he would help me out. Not even an hour later after taking me up on my request, i received a phone call letting me know my part was ready for pick up. I picked the part up and reinstalled it with no issues later that day. Overall, I had a great experience. The shop is a bit hidden behind some other buildings but was not hard to find. Leo was very approachable and accommodating to my situation. Called in for some welding help and they don't actually do welding but gave me contacts for nearby shops to help me out. The job I have is minutes of work so hardly a profit but Leo's still tried to help out. Also told me if they don't work out to keep calling back and Leo's would try to help find someone else. Didn't get any work done by these people but I can appreciate the fact that they try to help out the community. Nothing but respect, wish more people like this existed. Thanks! read more

Great experience. Had to get the head of my 3.8L 2007 Dodge Caravan. I spoke to Leo Jr. and he offered to do the work for $70 or $140 with a pressure test after the machining. They had it had in less than 24 hours and Leo Jr. was very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone read more

Leo repaired my cylinder head that had a bent valve and was cheaper than other shops I called for estimates.
