We were told we would get the rv back the following week. They ended up taking a week and a half. Then we were told they could install electronic locks on the drawers in our motorhome. They were unable to do this and instead installed magnets to prevent the drawers from rolling out when the vehicle is in motion. Next we we're told that there would be extra charges for the extra time it took to repair the drawers. But at that time we were not told that they were unable to install the electronic locks. They told us later that there was a problem with getting the locks they wanted with the manufacturer. When we went to pick up the vehicle that is when we found out that they had just put in the magnets and not the electronic locks. When I opened one of the drawers the latch just fell off. So we had to leave it there another day. When I asked why we were still paying the price quoted for electronic locks they said it was because of all the extra time it took them to try and install the electronic locks and then take them back out again. The explanation was pretty vague. It seems to me that if they are saying that they will install something and then are not able to that that should be on them. It also begs the question of competence. Why are they saying can do something and then not able to. We ended up leaving the payment as it was, but we will not be using this place again.

Tom is all those things and more. I had a problem with a backyard remodel that included installing underground gas lines extending about 80 feet and connected to very expensive outdoor heaters. My contractors workers could not figure out how to properly connect the heaters and would never read the manuals when I suggested that. Ultimately the heaters were connected incorrectly and didn't work. They no longer knew how to troubleshoot the problem and pretty much made it my problem from there. The few electricians I did contact said up front they did not want to take on the task or they kept saying that they needed to come out to "take a look" if it was something they could resolve. Two did come to assess the problem. Decided they didn't know how to fix the problem but of course charged me to "take a look". From then on I made sure to ask other electricians if they had experience with gas lines and gas heaters. They never wanted to answer that question and insisted on coming out. That was very frustrating for me because when I pushed the question they admitted they did not have the experience. From the initial inquiry Tom responded within minutes. He answered at least a dozen questions in detail and never pushed to make an appointment. I asked him for an appointment. He showed up on time. He could immediately smell gas leaks where I could not. In a few minutes he found several problems. Made sure to show me each problem and explain how they affect the heaters from working properly. He fixed everything in a little more then two hours and finally the heaters worked beautifully. I also had him install a motion light. He is coming back next week to install 4 indoor fans, more motion lighting outside and two attic fans. Tom turned a stressful and frustrating problem around for me. I'm so grateful to him!

I was stuck sitting in my car at a gas station, trying to figure out which card to use for gas, as I am at the end of my rope with funds since starting my own business. He tapped on my window and asked if I could move my car up since he has a full size truck pulling a full size trailer on it (I hadn't realized he pry had been waiting on me for a while). I told him that the pump ahead was not working and I apologized for the delay and explained my money situation and trying to find the best card to pull my gas money from. I told him I would move my car though. When I pulled next to another pump I resumed my search on my accounts as to where I could get some gas money when I heard a clunk and a click. I looked up to discover Tom was pumping gas into my car!!! I was shocked and felt honestly it was an answer to my prayers!!! I burst into tears and thanked him from the bottom of my heart.
