I received a Swedish massage today via a Groupon. The atmosphere is definitely relaxing and peaceful, they offer you hershey kisses throughout the time I was there and this was a definite plus! The massage was done by Tanya and she started by asking if I like lighter or more firm touches. I typical opt for deep tissue massages but since this was a groupon that offered Swedish, I wasn't expecting anything more than that. However to my surprise- when I said I like more firm, she offered to do that instead of the lighter touches associated with a Swedish massage. The massage was relaxing as I expected it to be. The spa does require a 20% gratuity, I tipped more then that because I thought she deserved it. The experience I had far exceeded the experience I had at the Hershey Spa. read more

We came here with a group of 8 for my sisters bachelorette party. They were excellent at coordinating all of our services and had a relaxation room that essentially became a private room for our group to hang out in that day since there weren't many other appointments. The manager was very accommodating when we needed to switch some services around last minute. The girls who got massages all said their services were great, and I personally enjoyed my manicure. Prices were in line with other similar spas in the area, and much more reasonable than some. Overall I would highly recommend this spa for groups! read more

Just got a spa pedicure using a groupon. It was OK. The expert was OK. She didn't really scrub down my heals very well, and her painting job left some nail polish on the skin. I've had better. The foot massage was wonderful though. I also hated that for all spa treatments they have a required gratuity. I would have given the technician far less than the 20% gratuity they added on to the price. I've had better else where for far cheaper. read more

I went to Leo's just before Christmas to have my blonde balyage revamped. I had been letting my natural color grow out for almost 6 months so that I would have beautiful, natural-looking highlights throughout my darker, natural color (because that's what balyage is). I had switched from foil highlights to balyage 6 or so years ago, so I am quite familiar with the process and what balyage highlights look like in my hair. At Leo's, I asked the stylist for natural balyage highlights and STRONGLY expressed my dislike for warm, brassy, orange tones. I said that I felt as though my hair pulls warm tones and asked for more ashy tones. After an almost 10 minute consultation, the stylist assured me that she understood my concerns and acted confident in my requests. Two hours and $150 later, I left Leo's with orange hair. My natural color had been COMPLETELY highlighted over and had turned a brassy, dreamsicle shade of yellow-orange. There was no natural color left on my head, and the highlights went straight to my roots instead of being blended into my natural color, which is what I asked for when asking for balyage and not foil highlights. It looked as though I had a TON of foils done... no sign of balyage technique was noticeable. It was a disaster, and is making me question whether the salon should be offering balyage services if this is how it's done. I'm no professional hairstylist, but after having balyage done for over 6 years, I have NEVER once had any sort of problem like this. Friends and family immediately noticed my not-so-appealing hair color, so I went out the very next day and spent $60 on toner and blue shampoo at Sally's Beauty Supply to try to tone my hair since I couldn't get into a good salon fast enough. Although this helped slightly, my hair was in dire need of real, professional fixing. After spending over $100 at a DIFFERENT hair salon, my hair is starting to look better, but it will take A LOT of time to go back to its "normal" highlighted, balyage style. All three stylists/colorists at this other salon were appalled by the color of my hair. One of them stated multiple times, "Nobody trained in balyage would do this to someone's hair... this isn't even balyage." She asked her fellow stylists, "How could someone even let a client leave the salon with this hair color?!" I was then informed that I'll need to return to the salon every 4-6 weeks until my hair is able to grow out and be transformed back into the balyage look I had and wanted. For someone who used to only get her hair colored twice a year, I am in shock by having to go get it done every month or so. Leo's has cost me hundreds of dollars so far, and that cost will continue to rise as I fix my hair. I am not one to write many reviews, but I relied on reviews when I chose Leo's (and I am very picky about where I get my hair done), so I want other people to have a clear picture before they make the same mistake I did. I didn't want to hurt the stylist's feelings by complaining and dragging her name through the mud, but I am confident that she knew the color was atrocious-- she never even commented on the color after blow drying it out (which most hairdressers definitely do) and then needed to get me out of her chair since her next customer had already arrived. I am so unhappy with the results, I wish I could get a refund, but more importantly, I wish for others to be aware if going to Leo's for hair color. I will not be a returning client and am sad that my experience had to be poor. read more

I took a family member for a '60' minute spa pedicure thinking this would be a great start to their birthday. We were both very disappointed in the experience. First, I did not get seen until 20 minutes into my appt time so I literally paid for 20 minutes of my foot soaking in water. The 'massage' was nothing more than what I could have received in a mall nail salon. However, I paid over twice the price. The 20% tip was mandatory so it didn't seem to matter if my session was less than expected or cut short - they still got paid. Only positive thing I can say was that the atmosphere was very nice. Just not worth the $114 price tag for two people. read more

I would highly recommend this salon and spa to everyone!! The prices and service are far better than others in the area, not to mention it is more appealing to the eye. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. I had my haircut by Lynn Leo, the owner and it was by far the best haircut I ever had. I also purchased a gift certificate for my girlfriend and mother. They were both equally as pleased with their massages and pedicures. My girlfriend even walked out with a scarf and a necklace from the retail area. They both really enjoyed the relaxation room and the service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! read more

Went for a mani pedi. The manicure was nice, some massage. The pedicure I paid 50 with a forced 20% gratuity. The pedicure was not as long as the manicure with no massage involved and minimal exfoliation time. I could have gone to a nail salon and paid half the price. Would not go back. read more

I got my hair styled and make-up done here for my wedding...AMAZING job by both people! I received compliments all day about what a beautiful job they did. I have been getting my hair cut by Lynn for years after experiencing some horrible cuts, he is an expert! Definitely recommend this place. read more
