Quality, obvious, the doors are not cheap, but adequately priced. These guys send someone out to survey where you want the door, double measure to ensure right size. Following house visits/sales pitches from three companies, we chose Texas Made Windows and More to…read morereplace the 40+ windows in our home. They were not the most nor least expensive options, but wowed us with their customer service, industry knowledge and written warranty policy. They also came highly recommended by neighbors and online reviews alike. During installation the crew noted malfunctions with four of the windows received and installed. We had three subsequent house visits/window inspections from Jerry, his son & a regional representative (of note, these took MONTHS and repeated calls to execute). During these inspections various issues with installation were noted and recorded to include missing plugs, chips in windowsills from install, gaps in surrounding window material, and windows screens that don't cover the entire window opening as ordered/designed. Additionally, one large picture window has a very noticeable defect in the middle (as explained by the regional representative it is a blob of glue from the manufacturing process). Despite multiple post-installation inspections, accompanied by written and verbal confirmation of defects with intent to replace or repair, like other reviewers we too have been met with silence from Texas Made Windows and More. Phone calls are not answered and voicemails are not returned. This was a significant expense. Texas Made Windows and More, through their continued silence, has made it clear the defects and promised corrections (despite being provided in writing) will never occur. We do not recommend using Texas Made Windows and More for window replacement services.

Very responsive, answers all my questions, and took us on a little tour of their workshop today to show us items currently being worked on as well as the few items they have in their showroom. We will be setting up a time for their guy to come by and take firm measurements of our office door opening so they can work up a basic design drawing for us in order to finalize the design itself and pricing. Another company we contacted wanted us to sign a contract with them before they would create a design drawing for us, which made us a bit uncomfortable, so it's refreshing that PorteUSA is willing to give that little bit extra before making a customer sign on the dotted line! I will say that their showroom and workroom are in need of some serious TLC, though. Their showroom should be full of beautiful, well finished examples of their work, but it has a very slap-dash feel to it. I got the feeling they threw up the buildings pretty quickly when they bought the property a few years ago so they could get right to work, but it is definitely time to really show what you can do and create an awe-inspiring area for potential clients to come in and really have the WOW moment, you know? I'm not taking off any stars for this, though, since you can see their high quality fit & finish from the porfolio pics on their site as well as from customer photos on google reviews. As it was a new home build, the door frame went in months before the glass. Six of the glass panes…read morewere subsequently scratched by the builder's cleaning crew. Five of those panes have since been replaced. One more to go. Unfortunately, four different glass sections have started to develop a haze between the dual panes. This is not unusual and always is a result of the dual panes not being properly sealed. Porteusa tells me the windows are warranted for 10 years so this should be a non issue. The windows have been installed for 5 months. However, even with the 10 warranty they are trying to walk away and telling the builder that's it's normal. Take a look for yourself. Then you determine for yourself if you want to put your $20K into their product. I've not given up hope that they eventually do the right thing. Hopefully, I get a chance to update this review and increase my rating.

Can't get more millennial than that and I'm not even a millennial. The communication with the company was always easy either via phone or E-mail. The payment methods were also all made online as it should be in 2021. We're close to putting people on Mars, but many companies in the US still rely on bank paper checks, lol. We had a professional measuring our old door beforehand to make sure all was right. Then we choose the door from their vast selection and once we agreed on the door details, we got a good quote and ordered it with a promise to be delivered in 12 weeks. It took only 9 1/2 weeks (Epic movie, by the way) so we cannot complain. The crew that installed our door did it in 2 hours and did a perfect job. They even installed my Smart Lock, which I assumed I would have to do it myself as it's more complex than a regular Dumb lock, so that saved me time. Very happy with the company and product, highly recommended.
