I ordered the spicy tuna poke bowl. They asked if I wanted it as is or if I needed any customizations which I thought was a nice touch. I kept it as is and really loved it. I didn't sign up for the recent Yelp Elite event at another location but it was the first time I noticed this chain carries donuts, so on this visit I decided to give one a try. They are a little pricey at $3.50 each, but a little less expensive in multiples. We split a glazed and one was enough for a snack because the mochi makes these dense! They are really delicious and I was sleeping on these previously; I would order again and maybe try a different flavor such as dark chocolate glazed, although the plain glazed was honestly perfect, allowing the texture and flavor of the donut to shine through. There is frequently a short line here but the staff is highly efficient and turns it over quickly. On this visit the family in front of me snatched my donut from the counter, and the staff was quick to replace it with no complaint, which I appreciated as it wasn't their fault either. I usually take my tea to go, but the nearby food court provides ample space to enjoy your treats if you'd like to sit for a moment.
