I really liked these ladies! I went here on the recommendation of a friend and I think I'll go back. I was the last customer there on a Tuesday evening as they close at 7pm. I got a dip manicure and changed the polish on my toes. They were quick, efficient and kind. Didn't get either ladies name but maybe next time. Just recently moved to Tucson and am currently looking for a good nail salon. I was recommended here by a co worker and sadly just didn't have a good experience. I had an appointment booked for 11am. No one spoke to me till 1140. The front desk person sat on their cell phone the whole time and the salon was a bit busy due to it being Mother's Day weekend. Still I waited patiently trying to be understand that it's a busy day for them. Even though I was courteous enough to have made an appointment a week and a half ago. I wasn't seated till 12 pm and they still didn't start my nails till about 1220. The tech was nice but I definitely felt like an inconvenience and just felt like another person to get in and out as fast as possible to be able to take as many people as possible. She finished me in 45 minutes. To some that might seem great but not after waiting almost 2 hours and your nails not looking perfect. My nails are decent but of course some crooked, and not shaped evenly. I'm sad this isn't the place I'll want to come to more often cause they seemed like a good one read more

I'm giving the stars to the employees that work here. They are really thorough and talented. While I wish I could keep coming here I find the owner downright rude and overly strict. Cameras all over to watch her employees, cash tips only accepted. My problem is I've been coming here religiously over 3 months. Each time I've paid manually entering my boyfriends credit card number which we use for the points. Each time I sign the card, I've been doing this for my hair appointments at The Studio hair stylist off speedway which is amazing place fyi. I went to pay this way again since my boyfriend would rather not wait 3.5 hours for my dipped nails and gel pedicure, and when I went to pay the owner I am assuming yelling at me as if I was trying to steal from her. I was trying to explain, even calling my boyfriend who was on the phone with me atm to talk to her and she was yelling at me then when I told her I paid this way everytime she began yelling at her poor employers. I clearly understand if I was a first time client and I didn't pull up in a 2023 Range Rover worth 85,000. But I think I'm a trusted client with obvious no intention to take money from people or fraud anyone. Regardless. They just lost a good client from me. I'll take my money elsewhere. I feel the employees here never smile or say anything nice. They do a good job but you feel like a pain in their ass if you ask me. It's dead quiet and doesn't feel welcoming. I'll be taking my business to Super Nail off grant near Alvernon which have better reviews and they say the employees are welcoming and talkative. read more

Greeted when I walked in. When they asked what I wanted, I said I had an 11am appt for two people- I called on 01/13. Took me at 11:20. My technician was Steven; polite, soft spoken, took 1.5 hours for my basic gel mani (see picture) but overall decent job. There was a woman that came in after my friend and I (again we had appointments). She was taken before us. She mentioned "I don't want to wait long, I can always come back". When I spoke to the friend that referred me to Let's, she said she was not surprised that she's witnessed favoritism with other clients that don't remember us. I asked for three solid colors on my two hands, round shape, not square with round corners but completely round (referenced with a picture).. When Steven asked if the sale was okay I explained I wanted round not square, he asked me to show him the picture again and said okay. This ultimately led my nails to be shorter, I was growing them out for my trip... My friend got solid gel acrilic set, perfect shape. However, when she asked for an additional top coat of gel; her technician went back/forth with her for a solid 3 minutes in front of other customers. Not professional at all, if a paying customer requests something that is not too egregious, the expectation is that it is done. At the risk of going back and forth with a client and something you feel strongly about will not work out in their benefit do it, it is on them if it doesn't work out. My nails look great and I'm ready for my Europe trip, although my technician overall did a decent job the shop is a whole is dodgy in their favoritism and their lack of customer service. read more

Even the girl who helped me choose my nail inspo (I had a few options) was polite. After two days of staring at my nails I can't spot a single flaw. My cuticles are in perfect shape without cutting me. The shaping is to die for. Nails hit sidewall to sidewall with no pressure. Found this Little gem by accident. I love the new massage chairs. I got to choose from their different Pedi packages. I liked that they had their prices on the wall for all of their services. I appreciate the transparency. The Pedi was gentle, painless, and so relaxing. No noisy tv. Nice music playing on the radio. Customer service as excellent. The facility was large. One side with pedicures and the other side with manicure. My daughter got her hands done and she enjoyed it! Only reason I didn't give five stars was because they don't have the disposable bags over the foot tubs. I didn't see any sanitizing liquids to dip tools in. I've been driving from the Starrpass Resort area for the last several months for nail services. I was really pleased with the services and prices. However, at my last fill the price suddenly jumped by $10. The most I have ever paid for a fill anywhere. And the glitter job was the same I had at Christmas, but for the color. Each station needs a severe deep clean and their tools had me a little afraid. I watched them use the same electric filer on multiple people's feet without cleaning it. I had to request a new attachment and im not even sure that was clean. Anywhere in there you look you can see it hasn't been scrubbed in a long time.
