This shop doesn't honor appointments. Was scheduled for fill and pedicure only to be told to come back in an hour because Lauren had taken a walk in at the time of my appointment. When I told her I didn't have time for that she said I needed to learn to be patient. Horrible customer service. Very rude and a negative vibe all around. read more

This is the best place to come to if you want to get great nail design! Any nail service is great really. They have great service and are very efficient. But if you are looking for intricate designs Angie is the girl to go to! She does amazing artwork and is very quick too. You will not regret coming here! Ask for Angie when you go see them! They were not experienced. My tech was rough and even filed beyond the cuticle on my big toe and made it bleed a bit. Their English was the worst I've experienced at Asian nail shops. I'll not be returning. read more

I really liked these ladies! I went here on the recommendation of a friend and I think I'll go back. I was the last customer there on a Tuesday evening as they close at 7pm. I got a dip manicure and changed the polish on my toes. They were quick, efficient and kind. Didn't get either ladies name but maybe next time. Just recently moved to Tucson and am currently looking for a good nail salon. I was recommended here by a co worker and sadly just didn't have a good experience. I had an appointment booked for 11am. No one spoke to me till 1140. The front desk person sat on their cell phone the whole time and the salon was a bit busy due to it being Mother's Day weekend. Still I waited patiently trying to be understand that it's a busy day for them. Even though I was courteous enough to have made an appointment a week and a half ago. I wasn't seated till 12 pm and they still didn't start my nails till about 1220. The tech was nice but I definitely felt like an inconvenience and just felt like another person to get in and out as fast as possible to be able to take as many people as possible. She finished me in 45 minutes. To some that might seem great but not after waiting almost 2 hours and your nails not looking perfect. My nails are decent but of course some crooked, and not shaped evenly. I'm sad this isn't the place I'll want to come to more often cause they seemed like a good one read more

This is my favorite Nail Salon in Tucson! Every time I go here, the employees are so sweet and welcoming. I'm always taken care of and they always give me great suggestions. I just got a pedicure today and it was so clean and my skin feels so soft. I've gotten acrylics done here before too and they do such a clean job. I found this place on accident when I was in the area and I love it! They have all of their prices on the wall and on flyers so you know exactly what you'll be charged. They even confirmed the price before starting. They have so many gel colors to pick from and were super friendly. It's incredibly clean and the massage chairs feel amazing. This place!!! First they honor NO APPOINTMENT time. No apologies. Lauren the owner is RUDE she always has been. I so when you come here expect to WAIT. Yes Lauren does beautiful work but it's gone to her head. Tried to give her another try but it's the same awful customer service still. Not worth paying what she charges with RUDE service. I'm giving the stars to the employees that work here. They are really thorough and talented. While I wish I could keep coming here I find the owner downright rude and overly strict. Cameras all over to watch her employees, cash tips only accepted. My problem is I've been coming here religiously over 3 months. Each time I've paid manually entering my boyfriends credit card number which we use for the points. Each time I sign the card, I've been doing this for my hair appointments at The Studio hair stylist off speedway which is amazing place fyi. I went to pay this way again since my boyfriend would rather not wait 3.5 hours for my dipped nails and gel pedicure, and when I went to pay the owner I am assuming yelling at me as if I was trying to steal from her. I was trying to explain, even calling my boyfriend who was on the phone with me atm to talk to her and she was yelling at me then when I told her I paid this way everytime she began yelling at her poor employers. I clearly understand if I was a first time client and I didn't pull up in a 2023 Range Rover worth 85,000. But I think I'm a trusted client with obvious no intention to take money from people or fraud anyone. Regardless. They just lost a good client from me. I'll take my money elsewhere. I feel the employees here never smile or say anything nice. They do a good job but you feel like a pain in their ass if you ask me. It's dead quiet and doesn't feel welcoming. I'll be taking my business to Super Nail off grant near Alvernon which have better reviews and they say the employees are welcoming and talkative. read more

Today was my first time here & they will be my permanent nail spa now! Located on Speedway just east of swan, they have an extensive option of services and all the technicians were very pleasant and accommodating. I love that they also offer organic and all natural mani/pedi's and special services just for kids, too! I definitely recommend them! read more

Greeted when I walked in. When they asked what I wanted, I said I had an 11am appt for two people- I called on 01/13. Took me at 11:20. My technician was Steven; polite, soft spoken, took 1.5 hours for my basic gel mani (see picture) but overall decent job. There was a woman that came in after my friend and I (again we had appointments). She was taken before us. She mentioned "I don't want to wait long, I can always come back". When I spoke to the friend that referred me to Let's, she said she was not surprised that she's witnessed favoritism with other clients that don't remember us. I asked for three solid colors on my two hands, round shape, not square with round corners but completely round (referenced with a picture).. When Steven asked if the sale was okay I explained I wanted round not square, he asked me to show him the picture again and said okay. This ultimately led my nails to be shorter, I was growing them out for my trip... My friend got solid gel acrilic set, perfect shape. However, when she asked for an additional top coat of gel; her technician went back/forth with her for a solid 3 minutes in front of other customers. Not professional at all, if a paying customer requests something that is not too egregious, the expectation is that it is done. At the risk of going back and forth with a client and something you feel strongly about will not work out in their benefit do it, it is on them if it doesn't work out. My nails look great and I'm ready for my Europe trip, although my technician overall did a decent job the shop is a whole is dodgy in their favoritism and their lack of customer service. read more

Best service I've ever had at a salon. I had one tech that did my mani and another that did my pedi and both were detail oriented, time efficient and kind. Even the girl who helped me choose my nail inspo (I had a few options) was polite. After two days of staring at my nails I can't spot a single flaw. My cuticles are in perfect shape without cutting me. The shaping is to die for. Nails hit sidewall to sidewall with no pressure. Fast but not rushed, they went over my shaping multiple times without me asking to assure perfection. read more

I had an appointment for a gel pedicure at 2pm. I was charged $70 before tip. I originally asked for French tips and was told no because my toe nails are "too small". The lady kept getting up and leaving me sitting by myself for 10minutes+. It took her an hour and 45 minutes to do my pedicure. They were also pretty rude and the chairs are very run down. Found this Little gem by accident. I love the new massage chairs. I got to choose from their different Pedi packages. I liked that they had their prices on the wall for all of their services. I appreciate the transparency. The Pedi was gentle, painless, and so relaxing. No noisy tv. Nice music playing on the radio. Customer service as excellent. The facility was large. One side with pedicures and the other side with manicure. My daughter got her hands done and she enjoyed it! Only reason I didn't give five stars was because they don't have the disposable bags over the foot tubs. I didn't see any sanitizing liquids to dip tools in. Looked like the file was already used on someone else. I recommend they improve that. Overall great experience read more

Came in for 1 toe repair. I was asked to have a seat and wait. 1 hour later, I was called back then sest there for another 15 mins. Because of the time and an event I was attending, I had no time to go anywhere else. The main lady (running the front) ended assisting me but first had to rudely say I can't do the same design go back to who did it. I said what no I waited and hour plus I'm not going anywhere and you can try to get close....she then said it's like ABC's she can't do it lol which made me want to continue to agree but from her response I saw that she was already slow and just laughed...she fixed my 1 toenail I paid $10 smh and left I'll never return horrible service and keep in mind its like ABC'S there....lol a kindergarten experience. oh FYI she was also rude to other customers while I watched and waited read more

I never leave reviews, but I needed to for this place. First I waited almost 2 hours for my service and no one could tell me how much longer I would be waiting. I asked for a full set and it felt rushed. I like the set but the next day I noticed lifting. It's a week now and 2 nails have come off and others are lifting. I've been driving from the Starrpass Resort area for the last several months for nail services. I was really pleased with the services and prices. However, at my last fill the price suddenly jumped by $10. The most I have ever paid for a fill anywhere. And the glitter job was the same I had at Christmas, but for the color. The new 50 cent charge for credit card ...no big deal...a $10 increase for a fill by not the most seasoned tech...that's a big deal. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Le's is amazing Hands down the best salon in Tucson. I will gladly drive across town from the north side to continue seeing them for my mani and pedicures. Never once have I had a bad job from them. my nails always look amazing and my toes and feet are soft when I leave. The staff is super friendly and goes above and beyond. Yes they may be more expensive the other places but my nails don't lift, they don't hurt me and their product and quality are superb If you like quality ( consistent) , good customer service and eccentric designs this is the place for you! read more

The lady seemed nice but the dishonesty and workmanship is a no. She even saw an indent in one of the nails, looked at it, rubbed her finger against, and decided to just carry on. I will never understand; don't go here thinking you're getting builder gel, they don't have it! And good luck on any other nails.

While walking back to the pedicure station I spotted dazzle dry polish which I wanted to try! I asked if she liked it because I was going to buy a kit myself and she said it was great and would be an extra $10 which I agreed. I could tell I was the last appointment of the day due to everyone cleaning up. My gel was removed, I was offered tea which was great. I tried to make conversation with my nail tech who due to someone leaving and saying "bye Mary" was the only reason I knew her name due to the lack of introduction. It was a very unwelcoming interaction I tried to explain I was there for my birthday nails for the vacation I had coming up and it fell short so the remainder of the time was quiet which I get not everyone is chatty. The food/leg massage was good. The polish application fell short, it wasn't clean and in the pictures you can see where I have polish on my skin still... Overall the customer service, the polish application fell extremely short. For $99 all together I expected to love this place and continue to go back but that was not the case.
