Very Sketchy place. Window shows 8am/8pm open & walk-ins welcome. Each time I've gone by its been empty. Owner REFUSES even a PRE-PAID SERVICE honored unless credit card info. is given to a 3RD PARTY?. Nail girl Daniel gave no text response when I asked "why I had to supply credit card no. when PRE-PAID? If I don't show up cancel the pre-purchased groupon. Owner didn't seem to agree with "Customers should know ahead of time of a $50 fee required to even book an appt. *Worse yet, trying to pressure me into providing credit card to an outside company? read more

Customer service was good , but beware , these ladies are sales people for sure.. they sweet talk you in to getting more than you need. I got gel mani ( white tip ) and gel pedi ( all white ) I also did eye brows.. total came out to 142.80 lol how.. that's almost 50.00 per service ... so I wont be going back.. not worth 142.80 plus I tipped 3 people , one who did my feet the one who did my hands and the one who did my brows smh read more

Amy and John Nguyen are the owners and also work alongside Wendy and Nick. Each of them is experienced in the latest nail fashions. I have been going to Amy for gel (liquid builder gel) and pedicures for 10 years. I was so happy when they opened their own salon! Amy is very exacting in her work and I noticed that she requires that of every nail tech who works for her. As I have diabetes it is very important that my pedicurists are careful and knowledgeable about foot and nail issues. I've always been delighted with every manicure or pedicure as has everyone I've referred to this salon. You will be too! read more

Easily the best nail salon in Tucson, I have been to a couple other salons and nothing compares to the service here. Tina was the most generous, kindest nail tech I have ever had. Not only did she take me in last minute but her attention to detail was insane. I will a 100% come back. Her pricing is also amazing considering how much work she puts in. Went to get my nails done for my birthday and not only did I pay full price after they literally filed the sides of my fingers.. two of my fingers are bleeding. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME. Oh and I waited 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment to even get started... P.S the nail tech blamed it on the shape of the nails and that it was "dry skin" most painful full set of my life. First time trying this place, my husband had an appointment down the street so I decided to kill some time and pop in, it was the closest salon to where we were, and the reviews were good! When I first walked in I noticed that it's definitely not a place they waste money on fancy decor, very basic, lots of polishes on the wall, and a HUGE selection of gel polishes! I came in specifically looking for neon yellow! It's such a fun color in the summer time, and my hubby likes when I have an accent nail, I found just what I was looking for, and went with a teal glitter ring finger to go with the neon! I love them! Funky like me! The ladies were SUPER nice, I was greeted right away, and they were careful to explain pricing, and pricing for future visits! I noticed the pedi sign on the wall and knew I'd come back! $25-$45 depending on the extras, the prices were great! The cleaned up my nails and removed cuticles- even though I wasn't getting a mani with my polish change! A+ from me on that! The girl I had was careful, and did a really nice job! $15, and a .50 fee to run a card (but that's okay because $15 is still quite affordable) I was happy to leave a generous tip! And took a card-although they are almost 10 miles from home, I will make the trip back, the quality and friendliness is worth a drive across town! This place is a little hidden gem! read more

Walked in and there was only one person getting their nails done. I asked if I could just get my acrylics removed and nothing else. One of the techs said "we don't have time for you" like they didn't want me to be there after hearing what I wanted done. It was very unwelcoming and rude. read more

Left in tears. I have strong, beautiful, natural nails. Went with my mom for a manicure and the gentleman who works there absolutely butchered them. He hacked off all the length so quickly with a cuticle nipper I couldn't get a word in to stop him. He left messy cuticles and tons of rough edges. Tina stepped in to smooth the nails and fix the cuticles but the damage to my nails was already done, and she had to file them even shorter to get rid of the rough edges. I look like a five year old with no nails at all. Tina apologized but I still had to pay for this atrocious job. I've always been happy with their pedicures but I'll not be going back. Avoid the man who works there at all costs. Next day update: they are so short some of them actually hurt. Even if somehow the person who cut them somehow thought that someone who had long nails wanted them completely gone, exposing the nailbed edge so they are painful is unprofessional and unacceptable. read more

This was my first time being here since my other nail place did not have any appointments available. I asked for 3 different things and kept getting told they couldn't do it. My other nail place has done it multiple times so I don't understand why they could not. I do not recommend going here. read more

Highly recommended, Tina is awesome she makes sure to keep the integrity of the nail and removes nails gently, also I love to get my pedicure here because they are really good with my ingrown nails and it doesn't hurt like other places , I would rate it one of the best places in town if you want a truly quality job !!! read more

I work near Amor Nails and 2 people I work with highly recommend them. I decided to leave work a few minutes early so that I could get there right at 5 so that I made my 6pm happy hour meeting. I arrived, was greeted in a friendly manner and was told to take a seat at the 2nd station I believe since I wanted to get a gel manicure. Immediately, the guy brought me warm water to soak my hands in as well as the color wheel to pick my gel color. As he was working on my nails I observed how as people walk in the owner lady would find out what they needed and immediately work on a plan as to how she was going to get them taken care of. No one really had an appointment but everyone was taken care of in a timely manner. I have short, stubby nails and difficult cuticles, but my manicurist took care of everything nicely, which is hard to do. I was out of there by 5:35 and made my happy hour! Overall, I'd definitely return and highly recommend Amor Nails! read more

Arrived in Tucson and needed a salon by our hotel. Was impressed by their pleasant phone manner when I called to inquire about prices and availability. They fit me in for the deluxe mani pedi even though they were closing in less than an hour. The family run salon is small, five pedicure stations, but clean, efficient and friendly. They were kind and genuine in their care and communication throughout the process. My nails turned out exactly how I wanted them! Will definitely be back next time we are in Tucson. read more

Tina & her staff are the sweetest, most gentle nail technicians I have found here in Tucson! (Emphasis on the SWEET! I mean they are always super nice!) They are all so welcoming & do a great job on any service you decide to get. I come in for a full set & spend less than an hour here! If I come in for a fill, it only takes about 30 mins. They're fast without lacking quality! I have recommended family & friends because they do not disappoint. The lady seemed nice but the dishonesty and workmanship is a no. She even saw an indent in one of the nails, looked at it, rubbed her finger against, and decided to just carry on. I will never understand; don't go here thinking you're getting builder gel, they don't have it! And good luck on any other nails.

Five stars for quick service that lasts and is affordable…read more My service: gel manicure, each took about 45min or so. I wasn't charged for gel soak off and was so appreciative of that! My first visit was a walk-in with the tech in chair #5. He helped me pick my color, and did a great job with a new shape. The retention was SO good - I came back a little under 4 weeks due to breaking a nail pretty badly. During the second visit, I was also a walk-in and had to wait about 45-50 min which was fine because I ran an errand. Once I returned at the time they stated originally, it was a brief wait. Service was good, I chose to simply match the length of my broken nail rather than go for tips. I haven't gotten a pedicure here so I can't speak to that. Payment is easy through Zelle, Venmo, CashApp in addition to general payments like cash and card. I'm sad to be leaving the East side and sad that I only just started coming here :( May be worth making the trip (only 20min but I don't like driving!) once a month.

The express pedicure came with a foot scrub, sugar scrub, lotion massage, and a gel polish. I was impressed with the outcome as I have some damaged nails and really tiny toes. I also have really rough feet, callused over from wearing my steel toe boots for work and she was able to scrub all of it off and make them feel fresh and smooth again. She put four coats of polish on my manicure, I got the "White rabbit" color and it came out great!

The lady seemed nice but the dishonesty and workmanship is a no. She even saw an indent in one of the nails, looked at it, rubbed her finger against, and decided to just carry on. I will never understand; don't go here thinking you're getting builder gel, they don't have it! And good luck on any other nails.

She is incredibly talented, and I was genuinely disappointed to hear she was no longer there. Greentoes scheduled me with another technician, Mary, for my next appointment. While she did an acceptable job, the experience lacked the warmth and personal connection I've come to expect. For me, building rapport with clients is an important part of great customer service. Today, when I called to cancel my upcoming appointment, the person at the front desk was unexpectedly rude. That interaction was the final straw, so I asked that all of my future appointments be canceled. After nine years of loyalty, I'm sad that it has come to this. Letting go of an exceptional technician and following it with poor customer service has completely changed my impression of the salon. I was then told " you didn't book gel" which was fine I just didn't know which ones I was supposed to pick from. While walking back to the pedicure station I spotted dazzle dry polish which I wanted to try! I asked if she liked it because I was going to buy a kit myself and she said it was great and would be an extra $10 which I agreed. I could tell I was the last appointment of the day due to everyone cleaning up. My gel was removed, I was offered tea which was great. I tried to make conversation with my nail tech who due to someone leaving and saying "bye Mary" was the only reason I knew her name due to the lack of introduction. It was a very unwelcoming interaction I tried to explain I was there for my birthday nails for the vacation I had coming up and it fell short so the remainder of the time was quiet which I get not everyone is chatty. The food/leg massage was good. The polish application fell short, it wasn't clean and in the pictures you can see where I have polish on my skin still... Overall the customer service, the polish application fell extremely short. For $99 all together I expected to love this place and continue to go back but that was not the case.
