I ordered a basket for a friend whose family member passed away. I asked for a delivery on a Friday they call Friday and said it was going to be Saturday due to weather. Weather was fine on Friday. Saturday day of the service no fruit basket. It came Sunday after the service was OVER. Not happy at all no one reached out to me, very poor customer service. read more

I ordered a flower basket for my mom for Mother's Day and she loved the surprise but I was not happy with my order. The vase was a carton box instead of the wooden box and the flowers were completely different even though they say the flowers may vary slightly. The arrangement was supposed to be white and pink and it was all different colors. I don't plan to order from them again since their advertising is kind of deceiving. read more

BEAUTIFUL! I cannot say enough good things about Megan and the staff at Les Isle Rose (Dave's Market). I had no idea they did weddings until a relative mentioned it. I am SO GLAD I chose them. Megan was so easy to work with. She knew what I wanted before I even had to say it. Every small detail I asked for was implemented. We strategically selected where we would put florals/greens. Although we did not get large centerpieces, it was a huge impact. Even in a beautiful setting like Aldrich Mansion where you don't need a lot, they took center stage. Many of my guests RAVED about them and took photos of their centerpieces and sent them to me, as I was so busy that day I didn't really get to enjoy them fully. LIVID. My mother is a big fan of Dave's so I ordered $200 worth of flowers, gift cards and a gift basket for my Mother's 80th birthday. The delivery charge was $28. The order was placed a few days ahead of time. On the date of delivery I was concerned that my mother hadn't received her gifts by 3PM so I called. I was assured that the delivery was on its way and would be received by 4PM. She did not receive it at all that day - my mother lives only 4 miles away from this shop. Amazon, Door Dash and Uber Eats never fail to deliver to her address. Even USPS comes through. But no one so much as called me so I could make other arrangements. When I called the next day - I received no explanation and no apology. I wish I had seen the most recent Yelp review before ordering from Les Isle Rose, their gift was 3 days late. I needed something very particular for a funeral, and in a hurry, and Le's Isle Rose (Le's Rose Isle? I honestly can't read their confusing logo) really pulled it off for me and my family. They were gracious and met our needs, and when I discovered some last-minute additions (things I'd asked for initially, which they said they didn't have, but which I saw when I got there), they added them in immediately. Jeepers this place is absolutely beautiful. I think I could spend the day wandering around looking at all the neat and unusual and beautiful and thoughtful and fragrant gifts that they offer there. We stopped in to get a bouquet to bring to a graveside funeral and they customized one of their more cheaply priced already made bouquets into something that I wanted that was bigger and had some flowers that I particularly wanted. The service is really outstanding and friendly. I had to use the ladies room so they directed me through curtains in the back to a very clean ladies room which I appreciate. As I walked in the back room I felt like I was at Santa's workshop. There were so many people in the back making beautiful baskets and gift baskets lined the walls right up to the ceiling. It was magical. Everyone there is extremely friendly and helpful and they make the most beautiful gift baskets. You can call and have things delivered which makes it very convenient. Shout out to Dave's Fruit & Gift Basket!! A family in E. Greenwich just lost their mom and I wanted to find a local place to send a special gift basket. Being in Los Angeles, I searched Yelp and took a chance on Dave's. I spoke to Christina (I think that was her name! So sorry if not) and she was so kind and accommodating. Sandy was so wonderful to work with. We had used Le's Isle Rose in the past for floral arrangements and were always satisfied. This time we needed flowers for our wedding. Sandy took time to ask about our vision for our wedding and also put together sample bouquets and centerpieces to help us better visualize what things would look like. She carefully reviewed with us all of the items we would need. In addition, we were trying to rent a Chuppah for our ceremony. Sandy said she could decorate it and we could send her a picture of what we wanted it to look like. I sent her a picture and she far exceeded my expectations. I needed a special centerpiece for a 25th Anniversary dinner.. I had 3 particular flowers I had in mind, White Hydrangeas, White Roses & White Alstroemeria. I already bought a container and was going to buy the flowers from them and do it myself. When I arrived there, I decided to ask for an estimate of what it would cost for them to do it, and the price was very reasonable. I arrived to pick it up on the day of the dinner, and it was the most gorgeous flower arrangement I had ever seen! They had put other flowers in the arrangement that were white, calla lilies, orchids, baby's breath and a little greens without charging me anymore money. Everyone who saw it said how beautiful it was (I couldn't take my eyes off of it). The Anniversary couple were so delighted to take it home!
