It's always so clean, organized, and welcoming, you can tell they truly care about their space and their clients. The staff is beyond friendly and always makes me feel comfortable. They take their time, never rush, and always make sure everything looks perfect. It's such a relaxing experience every time I come in. What really means the most to me is how amazing they are with my little one. She's 4, and they are so kind and patient with her, they make her feel special and do such a great job on her nails too. It makes it such a fun experience for both of us. And on top of everything, parking is super easy, which is a huge bonus! My pedicure color chipped after a couple of days when that lasts on me over a month and my no chip mani chipped after a couple of days as well. Don't recommend. I came a few times for a pedicure and, depending on who you get, it can be good or super rushed and sloppy. The most recent time, the nail tech was on FaceTime the whole time with her phone on the floor so constantly looking away from her work and into the phone. She was in such a rush, she did not even keep the curing light on for the full 60 seconds. I've only had this pedicure for a few days but I will probably soak off soon because of how rough and sloppy it looks. $45 for a 8 minute careless pedicure. Won't be back. read more

We were skeptical because we've heard mixed reviews, and I would say the same thing. Four out of the five nail techs were good but not amazing. They didn't know how to paint the nail; everyone was rushed, and they kept talking to each other in their language. Everything felt rushed, even though they had a ton of people working. No wonder - they decided to take us last minute... One nail tech in specific, named Tu, wasn't good at all - she finished my moms' full pedicure in 10 minutes. This was my 2nd time here and I can say - They are awesome! Both times they did great job! The 2nd time I came in 1h before closing, but they still accepted my walk in (even it was sooo crowded). I don't remember the name of the 1st girl who did my nails, but the 2nd one was Lyee (I think). All in all, I am very happy and satisfied with their service! I came here because I wanted to get a full set of acrylic nails and a pedicure for a good price. I saw online that they had a deal where I could get both things for just $50, and I was sold! It said $50 on the website, and said $50 while I was booking online. When I came in, they told me it would not be $50, and that those were the "old prices". The whole reason I came there was for said bundle, but I decided to stay. My mistake. The atmosphere of the nail salon is not great. The place is pretty run down and bathrooms are full of boxes and graffiti. My real problem with the place was the quality of the nails. When sticking the acrylics onto the glue, it stung so bad! That has never happened to me when getting nails glued on. The pain was such a shock that it made me physically jump and pull my hand away. In addition to that, the acrylics and pedicure felt rushed, and both were finished within an hour- an hour and a half. Normally, it takes that long for acrylics alone. It had been only 5 days since I had gotten the acrylics done when one had suddenly broken off. It did not hurt like it normally does when an acrylic comes off, but it came off painlessly and easily. Now, it's been less than two weeks and I'm already missing 6 of the acrylic nails. SIX of them came off without pain. In the past when I got acrylic nails at other salons, they lasted for weeks and when they would finally come off, they would cling like hell and would hurt! Le's Nails and Spa is run-down, provides bad quality services, and lies about their prices. Do NOT come here unless you want to be in pain and getting acrylic fills every 5 days. read more

Worst nail experience I've ever had. To begin with, I called to make an appointment specifically with Theresa because 2 of my close friends go to her and they recommended her. The girl at the front desk told me to come in in an hour, which I was surprised since it was last minute. I made sure the appointment was with Theresa. I get there, of course they tell me that my name isn't in the book, and I don't actually have an appointment with Theresa. So they offer me the "best nail girl" as they said. Well let me show you what their "best nail girl" did. My nails look awful. Cuticles are all over the place, my old dark green Polish is showing, and every nail is a different shape, not to mention the surface of the nails isn't smooth, it's bumpy and curvy. So one Friday night I was being spontaneous to try a different place to get an eyebrow wax. I stumble in this nail salon it was closer to my sons practice.. anyways I went in and get an eyebrow wax a younger lady did waxed me first then an older lady came in and took it over and was telling the younger lady this and that...so I asked if she's new and she said she just graduate from god knows what ‍.. after she was done doing my brows how come none of them tells me what happened to my brows? I stumbled across this nail shop about 2 years ago when I was by O'Hare Airport and needed my nails done. They did such an excellent job that I drive 30-45 minutes from Chicago just to get my nails done. This nail salon is clean, compared to most. The techs are friendly and accommodating (I'm always asking for Pinterest designs, ombré, or glitter nails). And the environment is typically relaxing. I normally get a no chip manicure and pedicure. Depending on my tech my no chips will easily last 3-4 weeks (when I get time to escape motherhood and do something for myself). (When I go to other salons I've noticed my nails break or chip a lot easier.) read more

The salon seems to always be busy, there is a separate area for pedicures, quite dark in that room btw, however, the TV blasting The View or whatever else is on channel 7 all day long is awful. I go to a "spa" to relax and have some peace and quiet from the crap of the world and here it's on full blast to the point where you can't talk to the person next to you. My nail tech was the best. I came in and showed her a pic I found online of what I wanted to get done today and she gave me exactly that. Mind you, my design required like 6 different nail colors. She ran around looking for exactly what it was she and I both needed and got it done. She did a GREAT job cleaning my cuticles. She was quick and thorough but not too quick where I felt she was rushing through my appointment. She knew exactly what she was doing. Every technician I've had has done a really nice job! I've been coming here for quite a few years. Two of my regular technicians have since left, but others have been very good. My only complaint is that they never start on time when I make an appointment. Sometimes I wait 45 minutes for my appointment to start. I think they just take walk ins before mine to get more business. My time is important and I work my day around my scheduled time slot. Fifteen minutes late, o.k. but 45 minutes is too long. I think this happens almost every single time I've gone to this salon. Last time I was there my tech was over an hour late in showing up to work and someone else had to start my pedicure and actually finished it. If i could give less than a star I would I have come here for my last 5/6 fills and sets and less than a week after my last fill five of my nails are lifting, I've had a nail fall off and my nails are turning GREEN under my acrylics. I paid $90 with tip for this set and to have all of my nails lifting and breaking off three days after my appointment, as someone who works full time and comes in on my limited days off this is so disappointing not to mention the fact that they are all different shapes and sizes even after an hour of filing and trying to fix them myself after my last appointment. Do not give this place your business they will overcharge and under deliver. I pay more and more each time I go and their prices are listed otherwise. I wanted a new set and my nail tech said "you don't need it your nails are fine" when my real nails are as long as the acrylic. Then wanted to charge me $20 extra for a simple design. She did not even look at my nails when shaving them down and lost control. I left with chunky nails and with the clear nail polish halfway on my nail. Also completely disregarded the shape I wanted. I came in for the first time, and wanting to try a new place that wasn't my usual. I will say the workers were nice and friendly but I wasn't happy with the outcome of my manicure. I asked for white dip nails and it took about an hour and half while it would usually be an hour. After about two layers of dip, the woman that was doing my nails kept adding more and buffing it because the color was very uneven, it looked like someone painted my nails with white out (maybe white is a more difficult color to work with, I'm not sure). After quite a few layers and buffing, she pulled out the uv lamp and continued with a no chip layer of polish, which confused me because dip shouldn't require the uv light. With a close look at my nails, you can tell the surface was uneven (some parts of the nail thicker than other parts) and some of the coating went up to my cuticles. About a few days later my nail chipped, my hair got caught under the polish as I brushed through it and the whole polish of the nail came off. My dip polish my other salons always last up to 2 weeks or more, so I'm pretty disappointed with the outcome. First thing you notice walking is is how welcoming the facility is. Very clean an organized and you're immediately greeted. The technicians are very friendly and unlike most techs, they carry conversations with you. I've been coming here for several months now and I've become a regular of Steve's. He took the time to get to know me and he reads me like a book--he knows the days I simply want to sit back and enjoy my pampering. For those women like myself who love to have new trends stamped on their nails, majority of the techs are skilled at creating beautiful designs. Only downside, I'd argue, is that there are definitely times that even if you make an appointment, you're waiting an extra 15-20 minutes past your time because there are so many guests. I would not take your business here. Especially with a large party. We visited today with a wedding party and learned that consistency is NOT this salon's strong suit. We had 3 clients with bleeding cuticles (with no regard to pause or stop to even wipe the blood). Another 2 clients with rushed service (no chip mani and reg pedi done in 20 mins). Instead of patiently explaining the charges to our elder, non-English speaking clients, the owner was just yelling loudly that the charge is what it is. We had two little girls and a nail tech was doing their nails very patiently but the moment one of the girls smudged one nail, she threw her hands up and loudly exclaimed in dissatisfaction (they're little girls, the face that only one nail was smudged should be a positive). After bringing this much business (30+ clients) to their salon- little to no appreciation was shown. Just disappointed and discouraged from giving salons the benefit of the doubt. read more
